About the role:
Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in configuring and customising SAP HR and HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and optimize HR processes, leveraging SAP HR, and HCM.
- In-depth knowledge of data migration and integration between SAP HR, HCM, and Third Party Systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting.
- Experience in managing and resolving complex HR system issues, leveraging SAP HR, HCM
- Requirement analysis and interaction with customers to resolve the queries/questions to their best satisfaction.
- Carrying out customization changes as and when required.
- Continuously upgrade the system with the latest “Support Pack” releases from SAP and update the notes released by SAP.
- Interacting with technical/ cross-functional consultants for successful resolution of an issue.
- Risk assessment of the changes.
- Defining Functional Specifications for new developments and maintaining the documents related to the change in the system.
- Drafting and executing the test cases and testing the new developments/ configurations across development and quality environments in the R/3 system.

About the Role:

Technical Skills:
