Requirement: BPCS & LX Technical Support
A qualified technical consultant shall be identified and assigned to provide BPCS 6.0.04 and Infor LX technical support and development services as defined in the SOW.
Minimum Qualifications

As the Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Development of test documentation, test and deliver to agreed timelines, quality performance and customer service levels whilst minimising total cost of ownership.
- Develop and/or contribute to the development of Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Readiness, and Test Report documentation.
