Role & Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital platforms (reels, posts, ads, event
• clips, product and lifestyle content)
• Turn raw footage and rough ideas into clean, relatable videos
• Focus on flow, timing, and clarity — not overdoing effects
• Make edits that feel right for the platform and the brand
• Rework videos based on feedback and improve them step by step
• Manage your own timelines and deliver consistently
• Work closely with the design and content teams to keep everything on brand

Ideal Candidate

• Strong in Video Editor (Digital Content / Social Media / Lifestyle Brands)
• Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, working on digital content for social media or digital platforms (reels, posts, ads, event clips, product/lifestyle content).
• Mandatory (Experience 2):Must have strong practical skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, capable of turning raw footage into clean, engaging, and brand-consistent videos.
• Mandatory (Experience 3):Experience in editing both short-form and long-form content, with attention to flow, timing, clarity, and storytelling across various digital formats
• Mandatory (Skill 1):Strong understanding of pacing, sequencing, and narrative construction in videos, with ability to rework and refine edits based on feedback.
• Mandatory (Skill 2):Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality videos in a fast-paced daily content environment.
• Mandatory (Portfolio):Must showcase 2-3 video projects or content pieces demonstrating strong storytelling, technical editing skills, and adaptability to different formats/platforms.
• Preferred (Domain Experience):Experience or interest in lifestyle, wellness, or skincare content; familiarity with basic Photoshop or static design; ability to suggest creative cuts or improvements while editing.

Job Description:

· Design, Develop, Implement, Test, Document and Maintain high quality Web Application Software.

· Understanding and implementing of project management practices.

· MVC compliant Development (Laravel/YII / CodeIgniter / Zend Framework) in at least any one of these frameworks.

· Experience with CMS framework i.e. Wordpress.

· Optimization of PHP Code and database queries and functions through Code Review and Project Review Sessions.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.

· Improve the technical competence of the team through training & development of existing and new team members.

· Provide accurate effort estimates for deliverable and be committed to the deadlines through follow-up of tasks with team members.

· Research and actively learn about new technologies and introduce them into the infrastructure.

Eligibility criteria :

· Minimum experience if 2 years in laravel and wordpress. both

· Excellent problem-solving skills and love technical challenges.

· Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

· Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast pace environment.

· Strong database skills, proven experience with MySQL 5 having knowledge of indexes, fulltext searches, usage of Regular Expressions in queries and more.

· Excellent knowledge of Applications Architecture and how to work with Frameworks with MVC architecture.

· Excellent Knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript, jQuery/Sencha etc.

· Key Skills Required : Wordpress, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Zend, Mysql, Jquery, API (Restful Service).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Designing engaging and responsive landing page

Experience with HTML, CSS, JQuery, Javascript,Figma,Zeplin, Photoshop

Integrating client CMS programs and data feeds into websites

Excellent communication and Client interaction

Optimizing sites for maximum speed and scalability

Employing industry and design best practice through website build process

Conducting website testing

Liaising with back-end developers to ensure web and app logic is properly integrated

Ensuring website function and stability across devices i.e. desktop, mobile, tablet

Working with marketing and research teams to incorporate brand elements and relevant market research findings into website

Providing internal support and external customer service throughout the build and launch process of the website

• Strong knowledge of PHP for backend work (3+ years’ experience)
• Experience with an MVC framework (CakePHP, Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS and related tools/packages (3+ years’ experience),
• Strong knowledge of MySQL (3+ years’ experience)

• Though not required, experience with Python, Golang, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch.
• Strong English skills (written and verbal)

• Previous working experience as a MERN/MEAN  Stack Developer for 1 year (Minimum).
• In depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify
• Experience implementing applications using Angular 2+ versions or React
• Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular/React, LESS/SASS
• Hands on experience with JavaScript
• Development on both client and server-side
• Experience on Angular 2+  and React Js will be an plus point
• Experience on both MEAN/MERN Technologies will be an advantage.
