Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop high-quality, user-centric mobile & web applications using Flutter framework.

2. Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language.

3. Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.

4. Communicating with product and engineering leads to implementing business and project objectives.

5. Code review of team members' commits as part of CI/CD cycle.

6. Participate in testing, quality assurance and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. 2 to 3 years of experience developing mobile apps natively in iOS and/or Android.

2. 2 years of experience developing and delivering Flutter based apps.

3. Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture.

4. Strong communications and consultative skills. Self-initiated and proactive.

5. Degree in software engineering, computer science, or software development is a plus.

6. Good to have: Firebase, Azure DevOps, PWA (Progressive Web Apps).

7. Skills : Dart, Flutter, iOS, Android, Git, Webpack.

• 6+ years of experience in Software Development and writing Unit tests for Mobile Apps
• Excellent designing, debugging and programming skills in an Object oriented programming language like C#, Java, javascript, Swift, Dart etc.
• Experience with Native Mobile development (Android or IOS) and Cross-Platform mobile development (preferably Flutter)
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles
• Strong knowledge of writing code for testability, modularity and extensibility
• Knowledge of test methodologies and corresponding unit test framework tools like JUnit etc.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
  

• Experience working with BloC Pattern and Dependency Injection
• Knowledge of Eventing based programming patterns. 
• Exposure to integrating Performance, Analytics, Attribution tools
• Experience of using Flavors in application development
• Knowledge of Multi-module development in Flutter (ex- via Melos)

• Work with the product team and drive design, development and delivery of new features.
• Investigate and fix issues referred to by the support team. Write code to automate tests to automate regressions.
• Work on improving stability, debuggability, testability of existing functionalities/modules/components
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs and consume in app.
• Serve as a technical lead for the team

• 1 to 3 years of experience in iOS mobile application development
• Proficient with Swift and Cocoa Touch
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Location etc
• Experience in Design patterns such as POP, MVVM, CleanSwift, Facade
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

What will you do? (but not limited to)

• Design, develop, and maintain our mobile applications using either Flutter or React Native, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to design and develop innovative features that align with our mission and user needs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices, and conduct code reviews to uphold high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade the software to ensure optimal performance, security, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.
• Drive architectural decisions and lead efforts to scale and improve our codebases.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their needs, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Who can apply?

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mobile Application Developer with a proven track record in developing and deploying mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Proficiency in React Native, with a deep understanding of cross-platform mobile development and app architecture.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (for React Native), and familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ, and other IDEs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think algorithmically and a keen eye for debugging and optimizing code.
• Experience with app development languages such as Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C and with utilizing RESTful APIs for backend integration.

• Strong project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies.
