Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and resolve issues
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an international voice process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work in a night shift environment (5 PM - 2 AM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an international voice process
- Knowledge of customer service software and technologies
