Job Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the United States, generating leads and interest in our products and services.
- Book Demos: Schedule and confirm product demos with qualified leads, ensuring that all required information is gathered and communicated clearly.
- Sales Conversion: Effectively follow up with prospects post-demo to close sales, address client objections, and convert leads into loyal customers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, track leads and sales progress in our CRM system, and follow up systematically to drive results.

- Sales Acumen: Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to convert leads into sales, meet targets, and work independently.
- Time Zone Adaptability: Ability to work in the Australian shift & Night shift
- Self-Motivated: A goal-oriented individual with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Meta Marketing (Facebook & Instagram Ads). In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement data-driven strategies and analyze performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies to support business objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
- Manage day-to-day paid social campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and creative optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to track key metrics such as conversions, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and engagement.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and digital marketing strategies.
