Equip helps recruiters screen candidates across skills with its automated assessments. We are a B2B SaaS tool with a very self-served product. We are looking for a product marketer who can: (i) increase our top-of-the-funnel; (ii) improve our activation rates.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of B2B Product Marketing Experience, preferably SaaS.
Responsibilities
- Understand how existing users are using Equip, what challenges it solves for them and execute steps across different channels such as paid ads, email marketing, organic search, social media, referrals etc. to onboard more such users as paying customers
- Interact with users on chat and demo calls, monitor their interaction with the product and website
- Participate in product roadmap meetings and suggest features and improvements
- Ideate, research and publish content relevant to increase brand visibility on search engines and social media
- Stay on top of competitors’ activities and identify new markets and segments to increase paying customers
A Typical Day at Work
- 2 hours: Look at how Google Ads are performing and optimise keywords
- 2 hours: Draft fortnightly newsletter on new product features that have gone live, for existing users
- 1 hour: See how users are interacting with the product and come up with suggestions for improving the UI/UX
- 1 hour: Answer live chat throughout the day
- 30 mins: Conduct a product demo for a customer
- 30 mins: Verify that data (like attribution, etc) on Hubspot are correct
