Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Funds domain (Asset Management / Fund Accounting / Private Equity / Hedge Funds). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the investment lifecycle, NAV calculation, and fund operations, and will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions for fund accounting and investment management platforms. This role requires a strong blend of domain knowledge, business analysis skills, and system implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to fund accounting and investment operations
• Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and technology teams
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and data mapping documents
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and support solution design for fund platforms
• Work across the end-to-end investment lifecycle: trade capture → settlement → reconciliation → NAV → reporting
• Participate in UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs
• Support system implementations, upgrades, or migrations (e.g., fund accounting platforms)
• Drive process improvements, automation, and control enhancements in fund operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Asset Management / Fund Accounting / Capital Markets domain
• Strong understanding of:
• Fund Accounting & NAV calculation
• Hedge Funds / Mutual Funds / Private Equity structures
• Trade lifecycle and investment operations
• Hands-on experience in:
• Requirement gathering, BRD / FSD documentation
• UAT coordination and stakeholder management
• Agile/Scrum methodologies (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with global clients / stakeholders

Good to Have

• Experience with fund accounting platforms such as:
• Investran, Multifonds, Eagle, SimCorp, Aladdin, Geneva, Neoxam
• Knowledge of:
• Private Equity concepts (Waterfall, Capital Calls, Carried Interest, LPA)
• Financial instruments (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
• Reconciliation, corporate actions, pricing
• Exposure to data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience in system implementations, data migration, or transformation programs

• Have delivered project on ReactJS and played key role

Content Creation and Curation:

Community Management:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for optimization.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
• Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT sales.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand client base within the US staffing market.
• Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold-calling efforts.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
• Understand client staffing needs, requirements, and challenges to provide tailored workforce solutions.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the US staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing market, including industry trends, client needs, and competitor landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

ORMAE is looking for a UI Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application.

You will work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Knowledge about Docker and Nginx are nice to have and adds as a bonus point.
