Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our DataIQ and Marketplace products. This role is pivotal in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our data intelligence and digital commerce platforms, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities-

Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for DataIQ and Marketplace, aligning with company objectives and market needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives that drive business impact and user satisfaction.

Product Development & Execution:

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and iteration.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Develop clear and concise product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

User Experience & Enablement:

• Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across both DataIQ and Marketplace platforms.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design user-centric interfaces that enhance engagement and usability.
• Provide training and support materials to enable users to maximize the value of our products.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
• Analyze user feedback and product data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Continuously iterate on product features and functionalities to enhance performance and user satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience, with a proven track record in data intelligence or digital commerce products.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, cloud technologies, and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with machine learning or AI-driven product features.
• Familiarity with data governance and privacy regulations.
• Knowledge of marketplace dynamics and seller/buyer ecosystems.

• Proficiency in Angular (v8+) and TypeScript.

Job Purpose and Impact:

The Sr. Generative AI Engineer will architect, design and develop new and existing GenAI solutions for the organization. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing products using cutting-edge generative AI and RAG to solve complex problems and drive innovation across our organization. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services in Cargill. You will bring order to ambiguous scenarios and apply in depth and broad knowledge of architectural, engineering and security practices to ensure your solutions are scalable, resilient and robust and will share knowledge on modern practices and technologies to the shared engineering community.

Key Accountabilities:

• Apply software and AI engineering patterns and principles to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain and troubleshoot complex and varied Generative AI software solutions and incorporate security practices in newly developed and maintained applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services, optimizing existing generative AI models and RAG for improved performance, scalability, and efficiency, developing and maintaining pipelines and RAG solutions including data preprocessing, prompt engineering, benchmarking and fine-tuning.

• Develop clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications, user guides and presentations, to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Participate in the engineering community by maintaining and sharing relevant technical approaches and modern skills in AI.

• Contribute to the establishment of best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.

• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of five years of related work experience

• You are proficient in Python and have experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks

• Have deep understanding of industry leading Foundation Model capabilities and its application.

• You are familiar with cloud-based Generative AI platforms and services

• Full stack software engineering experience to build products using Foundation Models

• Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services or integrations.

Lead QA Engineer - Automation:

We are looking for a candidate who will be an agent of change and who will drive and execute based on our Quality and Reliability Transformation Roadmap. He/She will be responsible for testing Education Service domains across platforms, automation of functional/regression and RFB (sanity) service test suites, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline and Shift Left methodologies. We will also expect the candidate to take ownership of a functional domain and play a hands-on role in the execution of testing for projects in this area.

The candidate should have extensive experience in testing, testing automation, testing leadership and software development. The candidate should be proficient in-service automation testing tools like Eclipse, IDNE, Jenkins, GIT hub and Chatbot testing like Botium. The candidate should have at least 7+ years of service testing or software development experience.

The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable and an excellent team player. The candidate is expected to work with Agile teams that consist of test analysts, developers, automation engineers and other stake holders. The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team, sometimes across multiple time zones. The candidate may be assigned to more than one role or project at a time.  

Lead QA Engineer - Automation Responsibilities:

• Create automation plan and delivery roadmaps
• Develop test automation solutions for applications across different platforms
• Adhere to existing standards; provide suggestion to improve and set new standards
• Participate in technical discussions with engineering teams to understand application architecture and API model
• Collaborate with QA Engineers and Software Developers to identify test automation scope and priorities
• Configure, maintain, and operate service test automation tools and frameworks
• Capture requirements and test cases, understand application features, analyse requirements and develop test automation solution with a view of the end-to-end application flow
• Design and create robust automated test scripts to address business and technical use cases
• Integrate test automation scripts with Continuous Integration and Delivery pipeline

Lead QA Engineer - Automation Requirements: 

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 7-11 years’ experience working as a Service Test Automation Engineer
• Experience in collaborating effectively across a variety of IT and business groups, across regions, roles, and able to interact effectively with all levels
• Proven record of execution of QA strategy and unification of QA processes across organization
• Must have hands-on experience with Selenium automation using Java
• Must have experience in Chatbot testing like Botium.
• Working knowledge of any Relational Database and DB Queries.
• Working knowledge of tool and technologies like Jenkins, GIT, JIRA and ALM
• Well versed with approaches like BDD, Keyword Driven, Data Driven and hybrid Driven test automation.
• Good to have understanding of model-based testing.
• Understanding of Agile/Waterfall development process and is comfortable diving into the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable solutions
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Experience in presenting to diverse audiences and conducting education and training.
• Have deep experience in defining and developing the service test automation framework.
• Development background is a major plus.
