Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, or similar backend frameworks.
• Develop responsive and efficient frontend applications using Angular (14+), TypeScript, and JavaScript or similar frontend framework.
• Work on applications deployed in on-premise infrastructure environments, ensuring stability and performance.
• Implement and optimize search capabilities using OpenSearch.
• Design and maintain database structures using relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, test, and deploy new product features.
• Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and ensure high reliability and performance of the platform.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, collaborating closely with team members throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Full stack software engineer having on premise applications development experience
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack developer
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in developing and supporting applications deployed on on-premise infrastructure (Not cloud)
• Mandatory (Backend): Must have strong backend development experience using technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, or similar backend frameworks
• Mandatory (Frontend): Must have strong frontend development experience using technologies such as React, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript or similar frontend frameworks
• Mandatory (Core Skill): Must have exposure to OpenSearch
• Mandatory (DB): Exposure to SQL (Relational DBs) & NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Mandatory (Company): B2B SaaS companies
• Mandatory (Note 1): This is a hybrid role in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon
• Mandatory (Note 2): Role will convert into core team member, so need strong intent candidate
• Preferred (Skill): Experience leading technical design discussions, mentoring engineers, and setting engineering standards or architectural guidelines

∙Primary Skills: Life Insurance and Annuity domain knowledge 

∙Secondary Skills: Functional testing knowledge, Functional test design. Insurance domain 

knowledge 

∙Analyze life insurance processes and translate them into functional specifications. Act as a 

liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment. Conduct gap analysis, 

impact assessments, and support solution design. Participate in system testing, UAT support, and 

user training. 

∙Policy Administration: Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient and effective 

management of life insurance and annuity products. 

∙Claims Handling: Collaborate with clients to resolve claims in a timely and fair manner. 

∙Agent Compensation: Work with agents to establish compensation structures that incentivize 

sales and customer satisfaction. 

∙Consulting Engagements: Partner with clients on various consulting projects, providing expertise 

and guidance on life insurance administration. 

∙Application Enhancement Requirements: Define and prioritize requirements for application 

enhancements to improve the overall user experience. 

∙Automation: Explore opportunities for automation to streamline processes and increase 

efficiency. 

∙Training and Mentoring: Provide training and support to less experienced team members to 

ensure knowledge sharing and skill development. 

∙Automation frameworks and reporting tools.  

∙Writing, executing, monitoring and maintenance of automated test suites. 

∙CI/CD tools knowledge and Agile process 

∙Database- MySQL, Oracle

The Empuls product is going through a 10X to 100X growth journey and we are looking for a seasoned product professional who has experience of taking products from 10X to 100X growth journeys. This role ll report to the CTO of the Empuls product. 

As an AVP Product you will be responsible for the product roadmap, product metrics, feature details, designs and GTM, . This includes defining and prioritizing product roadmap, listening to customers, creating business requirements, driving functional requirements, driving this through development teams, and getting the go-to-market for various product features.

• Develop business cases for each product feature to demonstrate feasibility including target pricing and margin, addressable and realizable market, SWOT analysis, RICE metrics and go to market. 
• Solve customer problems and build functional, technical, and design specifications for the solution.
• Map the user journey for various customer profiles - simplify and bring more structure and clarity to problem statements which translate into product solutions. 
• Have strong systems thinking - understanding the impact of process/technology decisions and trade-offs in order to achieve the best possible outcomes to solve the problem.
• Holistic approach covering all aspects including edge cases and future possibilities.
• Abreast with the latest Innovations happening in the Employee Experience, Employee Benefits & Workplace culture domain. Experience in the HR Tech industry will be important in this role. 
• Help define the value proposition of the product for the sales team and work closely with the sales-marketing team for GTM and SaaS revenues.

• An enthusiastic individual with 8+ years of product management function in a product or SaaS company.
• Have experience in leading product management of fast-growing products (or) major modules of fast large products (or) been an entrepreneur in the past.
• Strong desire to disrupt, re-invent, and optimize existing processes to build next-generation Enterprise solutions.

• Candidates should have strong experience in problem solving, UI/UX, analytics, team management, customer success & sales enablement.

• Experience in managing onboarding, customer success, and support functions preferred.

• Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark Trial Class3. Take counseling sessions and convert

them
