Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and contributing to business growth through excellent service, cross-selling, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular interactions.

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring top-tier service delivery.

Understand customer needs to recommend tailored insurance solutions.

Handle and resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, underwriting, claims, etc.) to resolve client concerns.

Promote product offerings and suggest suitable add-ons or renewals based on profiles.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, regulations, and industry trends.

Ensure customer satisfaction targets and relationship metrics are met or exceeded.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the insurance or BFSI sector.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts effectively.

-Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement strategies.

-Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

-Graduate degree in any discipline. PG in Marketing/Finance is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

-Experience in general insurance or financial products.

-Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.

Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for trading applications.

- Work with product owners and business analysts to understand and write the acceptance test cases.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create test plans.

- Perform regression, performance, and end to end testing to ensure software reliability.

- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.

- Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks for both frontend and backend.

- Report on coverage, functionality, defect aging, closure reports to the stakeholders so that they know the stability of releases.

- Integrate automation cases into CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven 3+ Years experience in automation testing for web and backend applications.

- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright).

- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured).

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Understanding of basic SQL queries to validate data in the databases

- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Prior experience with trading applications or core financial services related applications is a big plus

EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years professional experience in database development using SQL Server 2008/2012(T-SQL, SSRS)

• Experience with SDLC required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements: 

• Experience in NodeJS, Typescript, ExpressJS AWS EC2. You have built backend REST API’s
• Expert in System Design and Software Architecture Processes, How different components interact with each other in scale
• Experience with DevOps, Docker, AWS, Google Cloud.
• Experience in Managing Development Teams, complete delivery lifecycle
• Good understanding and experience of NoSQL and SQL Databases, which to be used when. 
• Experience with CI/CD Systems like Jenkins, Github Actions.
• Some Experience with Realtime Databases/Systems or Socket based applications would be preferred.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in monitoring production workload with relevant metrics and dashboards.

• Experience in writing automation scripts using Shell, Python, Terraform, etc.

• Experience in following security practices while setting up the infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage various resources across different cloud providers. (Azure, AWS, and GCP)

• Monitor and optimize infrastructure cost.

• Manage various kubernetes clusters with appropriate monitoring and alerting setup.

• Build CI/CD pipelines to orchestrate provisioning and deployment of various services into kubernetes infrastructure.

• Work closely with the development team on upcoming features to determine the correct infrastructure and related tools.

• Assist the support team with escalated customer issues.

• Develop, improve, and thoroughly document operational practices and procedures. 

• Responsible for setting up good security practices across various clouds.
