The Kind of Work You'll Be Doing:

• Creating motion graphics, reels, video edits, animated social media posts,
• and campaign assets for real client projects and Integra Magna.
• Assist the design team in bringing creative ideas to life through animations and visual storytelling.
• Learn how to plan, animate, and polish content for digital platforms.
• Explore motion trends, creative references, and AI tools to continuously improve your work and creative thinking.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/course in Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• You have a good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• You understand the basics of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (a bonus, not mandatory).
• You have a good sense of animation, typography, layouts, colour composition, and visual storytelling.
• You're eager to learn, open to feedback, work independently, and manage multiple tasks with ease.

What you'll do:

• Own the design for our web dashboard, chat widgets, and mobile experiences end-to-end
• Map user journeys, define information architecture, and create intuitive flows
• Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Talk to real customers to understand pain points and validate design decisions
• Work directly with engineers and founders to ship fast
• Build and maintain a scalable design system

What we're looking for:

• 1-3 years as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role (SaaS or product company preferred)
