Eligibility Criteria: Female Candidates only Should be fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English Experience in Hotel Industry and Travel Industry will be preferred Excellent Networking skills Make calls and follow up Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquettes Ability to sustain a conversation and handle complaints and unpleasant customers Basic Computer / excel knowledge is a must Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude Should have excellent telephone presentation skills and modulate the pitch so that a customer feels good about the call. Job Responsibilities: Building up a Good Image and Rapport with client Handle Different Customers - has to work on human psychology to ensure that each customer are satisfied. To call customers & explain the projects features & services on the interested clients on the online inquiries generated on our project sites. Generating Site Visits through Inbound and Outbound calls & meet the target of enquires generated telephonically. Follow-up with the customers & convince the clients to visit site office or the corporate office for further queries. Generating Daily reports of the respective projects managed. Co-ordinate with sales & marketing department for the final closure of leads.
