Position title: Product Manager

Location: Bengaluru, India 

About the company:

You will join IAI Solution Pvt (part of the group of companies) at the pilot phase of our product journey. We are a lean, high-growth technology & AI venture serving enterprise clients and also in consumer AI primarily in India/UAE/US and across the world. As we transition from initial prototype/pilot to product scale-up, we need a hands-on product leader who has experience building products from the ground up, has a strong technical background, and can align a development team to deliver rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy and roadmap in partnership with founders, stakeholders and the leadership team.

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation, requirement gathering, MVP definition, development, launch, iteration and scale.

• Translate business requirements (from our group companies/clients) into clear product specification, user stories, prioritisation, backlog management.
• Work closely with the development team (engineering, QA, UI/UX) to ensure timely delivery of features, and continuously tune/enhance during the pilot phase.

• Define and monitor key product metrics / KPIs (usage, adoption, user feedback, performance) and drive product-market fit.

• Be comfortable working in a start-up environment: ambiguous environment, rapid changes, lean resources, multiple hats.
• Liaise with stakeholders (business owners, customer teams, operations, sales) to gather input, manage expectations and ensure alignment.

• Provide leadership to the product & development team: ensure clarity of roles, timelines, dependencies; drive agile processes (e.g., sprints, stand-ups, reviews).

• Ensure quality of delivery, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the product aligns with business goals (India + UAE context).

• Manage release plans, stakeholder communications, product documentation, and support go-to-market efforts where required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent technical discipline (preferably from IIT, IIIT , NIT or central university/ research institute and so on, exceptional candidates with no tags are also welcome).
• MBA from TOP B-school is a Plus.

• Proven experience (ideally 4-8 years) as a Product Manager or equivalent role, in one or more start-ups (preferably product-led start-ups, built from “ground up”).

• Demonstrable track record of taking a product from concept through pilot to launch and iteration.

• Strong technical literacy: able to engage with engineers, understand architecture/trade-offs, API/integration issues, product performance constraints.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (India & UAE context useful).

• Strong prioritisation, agile process discipline, and ability to drive execution under ambiguity.

• Data-driven mindset: comfortable with analytics, user feedback loops, product metrics, experimentation A/B tests etc.

• Startup mindset: resourceful, results-oriented, comfortable with changing priorities and wearing multiple hats.

• (Desirable) Experience with SaaS or AI-driven products, or enterprise-B2B solutions. Experience across India and/or Middle East/UAE markets is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written English; cross-cultural/remote team exposure is a plus.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering or Computer Science
• 8+ years overall SAP experience with minimum 2 End to End Implementations and at least 2 Support Projects
• Should have worked on SAP EWM S/4 2021.
• Must be expert at testing and debugging procedures.
• Must be able to evaluate user requirements relative to current application functionality.
• Requires clear written and verbal communication in a technical context.
• Should have thorough knowledge on EWM PPF, EWM RF framework, ITS Mobile, CIF, Reports, Forms, OOPS ABAP, BAPI, Enhancements, BADI, ALE.
• Experience in ECC <-> EWM integration.
• Ability to develop new and enhance existing RF functions.
• Experience in Smartforms, Label Development and EWM enhancements.
• Able to work with Functional and Technical Teams
• Proven ability Delivering complex and time sensitive projects
• Experience working on a team operating under an Agile Scrum delivery methodology
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problems
