Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and revenue-driven Lead Strategic Partnerships & Alliances to lead, train, and scale our Partnership & Alliances team. You will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, channel alliances, and revenue growth while optimizing the partnership ecosystem. Primary Customer-Facing Responsibilities:
- Handle technical service and support tickets efficiently, acting as the first point of contact over chat, email, and phone support.
- Empower customers to become proficient users through education and support.
