Plan and scale paid acquisition campaigns across platforms, owning budget, optimization and ROI end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies to optimize for ROAS and CPA
• Continuously test creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages
• Analyze funnels end-to-end and identify drop-off and opportunity areas
• Report on key performance metrics and translate data into next actions
• Collaborate with creative team to brief and improve ad assets
• Stay current with platform updates, ad policy changes and new formats
• Scale what works and cut what doesn't, quickly
• Manage tracking and attribution setup in partnership with tech teams
• Forecast and plan budgets aligned with business growth targets

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Proven expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong analytical mindset with real budget-ownership experience
• Solid understanding of funnels, attribution and unit economics

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience scaling ad spend significantly for a D2C/SaaS brand
• Familiarity with pixel/tracking setup and attribution tools
• Conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Nirmitee.io in Pune. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Required:

• Handling overseas clients is required.

Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, Upwork, Linkedin, and networking events.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up to understand their needs and requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer
• Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Experience with Angular or similar front-end frameworks
• Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Experience building scalable, production-grade web applications
• SaaS experience is highly desirable

We are looking for a Full Stack developer responsible for the development and maintenance of Vyapar server-side infrastructure. Your primary focus will be building and maintaining the complete server-side infrastructure. Strong understanding of Core Javascript, HTML, CSS, and Relational Database are critical for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable APIs
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the APIs
• Maintaining the AWS infrastructure, security, performance and uptime

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Lead mentoring team of 3 to 5 developers
• Strong knowlegde of cloud and distributed systems (AWS, GCP, Azure). Cloud certifications would be an added advantage.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases, SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Graph databases like Neo4j is desirable.
