Role Overview
As the Culinary Head, you will be responsible for owning the food vision at Craft My Plate — from designing unforgettable menus to ensuring execution at scale, with consistency and taste as the north star. Key Responsibilities
🍱 Menu Design & Product Innovation
- Lead menu creation across multiple occasions (birthdays, house parties, corporate events, etc.).
- Develop and refine scalable platters that taste great in bulk and travel well.
- Conduct regular R&D to introduce seasonal specials and regional cuisines.
- Balance creativity with operational feasibility and margins.
🧑🍳 Team Leadership & Training
- Hire, train, and manage a team of chefs, prep staff, and kitchen support.

📦 Operational Excellence

- Own food costing and optimize ingredient sourcing without compromising quality.
- Minimize food wastage through accurate forecasting and process controls.

- Work with Founders, Sales, and Marketing to craft food experiences customers rave about.

Requirements
- 4+ years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years leading kitchen teams.
- Experience in catering or bulk food production is a must.
- Deep understanding of Indian and multi-cuisine offerings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; thrives under scale and pressure.
- Ability to build systems, train teams, and scale operations.
