OJ Commerce Inc. is a fast-growing retailer serving the US market through OJ Commerce.com and various market places such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. OJ Commerce is a privately held, profitable company headquartered in Miami, Florida, USA with a 100% dedicated back-office in Chennai. The workhours are flexible with predominantly India business hours with some overlap with US Eastern Time business hours based on need.

Skill Sets:

• In-depth knowledge in MS SQL Server and related tools & technologies such as SSIS, SSRS &SSAS

• Exposure to data modelling and ability to develop complex queries & procedures

• Manage and monitor performance, capacity and security of the database

• Continuously improve the performance of the database in alliance with the Database Adminstrator by optimizing jobs, procedures & queries

Desirable Skills:

➢ Should be comfortable in dealing with senior leadership (internal & external)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and other platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc)

• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms

• Conduct a telephonic interview of candidates

• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, etc

• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the manager.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

• Experience with sourcing techniques

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

• Must have a PHP experience, a fullstack developer will also do

Required qualifications and experience:

• Graduate in any specialization
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service industry, with 2-3 years of managerial level experience, preferably in fields like Contact Centre Operations, E-commerce or Customer Interface Operations
• Experience in Contact Centre operations or experience working with front line and service delivery processes, especially e-commerce
• Good presentation and MS Excel skills
• Multiple team handling experience; handled mid-sized teams of at least 2-3 verticals and not just a single team

Roles and responsibilities:

• Perform quantitative assessment and continuous process improvement to drive business and efficiency.
• Manage the roster and deliver on the service levels as per the agreement.
• Raise alerts on downtimes or fluctuations.
• Deep-dive into escalations received primarily via social media and enable front-line to close the issues. Interact directly with customers too, if need be.
• Analyse various process gaps and raise request for new SOPs to close loop.
• Identify gaps in service delivery, agent behaviour, product knowledge and business functionalities.
• Identify improvement opportunities along with the respective Process Head and facilitate launching projects around these opportunities.
• Internal and external stakeholder management.
• Coordinate Application ID management and maintain records.
• Improve operational deliverables of the aligned LOBs of the outsourced partner.
• Ensure 100% adherence to SR, L2 and complaint TAT as per laid down norms.
• Work on better tagging of customer voice and better ways of process flows.
• Device proactive programs to reduce calls.
• Devise cross-functional and up-skilling training plans for current teams.
• Manage Transactional Training and Development of the trainers.

• Minimum total experience should be 7 Years
• Overall with 4+ years experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript and OOJS
• 2+ years' experience working with any JavaScript framework/library, preferably ReactJS or VueJS
• In-depth understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 (pre-processors LESS/SASS) and relevant concepts.
• Proficiency with browser based debugging.
• Understanding of progressive web apps.
• Experience with a testing framework (Jest/Mocha).

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 12+ years industry experience
• Good leadership skills
• Good experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST
• Good experience with cloud-based development / leveraging cloud services
• Good experience with JavaScript (AngularJS)
• Good experience with SQL / Relational Databases
• Good experience with Big Data / data pipelines on the cloud
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a Lean/Agile environment

Nice To Have

• Experience developing a microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins and deploying applications on cloud (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
