About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner / Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise software products for Smart Buildings, Smart Cities, Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management, Utilities, Industrial IoT (IIoT), and Digital Twin solutions. This role is responsible for translating business strategy into product execution, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, cloud-native platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery from planning through release.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and manage delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Manage dependencies, risks, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and promote delivery excellence.
• Ensure successful integration of enterprise systems, IoT devices, cloud services, and analytics platforms.

About the Role

This role is the bridge between the Accounting Department and the IT Department. You will lead the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance module, ensuring that business processes like invoicing, tax reporting, and project costing are perfectly translated into the system. You are the "Subject Matter Expert" who makes sure the books balance at the end of the month.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Mapping: Lead workshops to understand how the client’s finance team works and document those needs.
• System Configuration: Hands-on setup of core modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash & Bank.
• Project Financials: Manage complex processes like revenue recognition, billing models, and intercompany accounting.
• Documentation: Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) that tell the developers what to build.
• Execution: Lead the team through testing (SIT/UAT), help validate data migration, and provide support during the high-pressure "Go-Live" phase.
• Training: Teach the end-users how to use the new system effectively.

Required SkillsFunctional & Technical Skills

• Core Product: Expert knowledge of D365 Finance.
• Accounting Logic: Deep understanding of accounting principles (Work-in-Progress, Revenue Rec, Ledger Posting).
• Lifecycle Experience: Must have seen at least 2-3 full implementations from start to finish.

Good to Have / Preferred

• Project Operations: Experience with the D365 Project Operations integration.
• Regional Experience: Experience with tax and compliance for the APAC region.
• Environment Mastery: Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency setups.
• Background: Experience working for a Tier-1 System Integrator (SI) or Consulting firm.

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance).
• Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310) is highly preferred.

Manager US Taxation (Partnership - Financial Services)

Must-Haves :

Should have reviewing experience on Partnership 1065 forms for Financial Services clients. 

EA/CA/CPA certified for this role (Mandatory).
