Roles and Responsibilities
● Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends.
● Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
● Gathering functional /non-functional requirements documents using cases and test plans from product definitions.
● Perform business analysis of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
● Analyze metrics to continually improve company products.
● Created and maintained project documentation - projects plan, project status reports, decisions logs
 ● Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.
● Analyzing the feasibility of the new engineering Work Request and providing support during the implementation phase.
● Preparation of Test cases and Scenarios.

Prerequisites:-
● Experience:- 0-2 Years of Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, mathematics or any related field.
● Previous product analysis experience.
● Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is preferred.
● Proficient in database software.

The Role

The Solution Consultant’s primary responsibility is to engage with our customer's leaders in plant maintenance to provide consulting on value improvement cases, maturity assessments, process improvement, and mobility best practices engagements. Our SCs engage with clients by leading the solution design process, driving the adoption of Innovapptive's connected worker solutions using cloud-based SaaS offerings and mobility solutions.

As a solution consultant, you are responsible to Identify solution needs and user stories and design approaches for the Field workforce to enable KPI improvements such as:

• Efficient and enabled plant maintenance execution
• Expedited and on-time execution of maintenance work
• Compliance with regulatory and industry requirements

The SC will lead all solution design activities and documentation for the implementation of a Plant Maintenance mobile solution. They will understand plant maintenance processes and the challenges companies and their front-end workers face today. They can advise customers on best practices and marry their business processes to an adoptable solution design that leverages Innovapptive’s mobile solutions. Senior Solution Consultants are key internal advisors on product capabilities and product enhancement opportunities based on their understanding of customer requirements and business processes.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Understand our customer’s Maintenance & Repair Operations, Plant Maintenance processes, and Asset Management integration touchpoints, and map them to our mobile solution (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Utilities and Discrete Manufacturing Industries)
• Communicate to our customers’ leaders the business benefits and ROI (Return on Investment) in deploying our products

What You Bring to the Team:

• Extensive knowledge of business processes in Plant Maintenance Processes, Standard functionality – Work Order Planning & Scheduling, Notifications, Work Order Execution and Processing, Measuring Points, Functional Locations,, and Form Execution and Submission
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6-10 years of hands-on functional solution design experience including requirement gathering, prioritization, documentation and consulting in the areas of SAP PM and EAM (SAP or 3rd party applications that integrate with SAP)
• Preferred Experience: have at least 3 full cycle implementation experiences or equivalent experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to leverage knowledge to design and develop solutions that improve productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies
• Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Ability to work independently and as part of multiple teams

Analyzes current operational processes to ensure they are consistent, compatible, and effective across functions and groups. Recommends and implements improvements. Owns and drives documentation functionality across working groups, not responsible for providing content however. Responsible for tracking and frequently auditing processes, procedures, and SLAs/OLAs to ensure operational success. Works closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to drive process improvement. May also own and catalog tools used in operations by the various functional teams.
