Key Requirements:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from international customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance for customer queries or concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, TestNG, and Cucumber.
• Automate UI and API test cases for web applications and microservices.
• Validate message queues, data streams, and integrations using Apache Kafka.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and peer reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.

Our client's property Sales team is responsible for selling properties available in our inventory. As a Sales Associate / Sr. Sales Associate, you’re the First Point of Contact and the face of our client with respect to Sales.
