Required Skill Set:

• Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor's degree.
• Possess a minimum of three years of recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Role Expectations & Responsibilities

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

• Knowledge of back-end languages (e.g. Python/ NodeJS etc.).
