Content marketing Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can own end-to-end development across web and mobile at Websites.co.in. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PHP (Laravel), HTML/CSS, and native Android app development (Kotlin), along with a working understanding of iOS app development. You’ll be responsible for leading a small tech team, managing sprints, ensuring high-quality code, and collaborating with product and design teams to ship scalable features. Job Description

We are building a AI first employee referral product for SMBs that is going to change the way employee referrals are handled. We combine modern web technologies and cloud services to deliver a seamless experience both for the organizations and users .

• What You’ll DoBuild and maintain responsive, accessible UIs using React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN UI
• Develop and scale backend services in Node.js, exposing clean REST or GraphQL APIs
• Integrate with Firebase and AWS for core functionality
• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into production-ready code
• Write clear, maintainable tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) and participate in code reviews
• Leverage AI-assisted tools like ChatGPT (and other productivity tools) to work effectively and solve problems faster
• What We’re Looking For1–2 years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on work in React and Next.js

1. Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available.

2. Shortlisting resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resume, location, experience, previous employers etc.

3. Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest in the job opening.

4. Convincing candidates to attend the interviews.

5. Finalizing the interview schedule and making the interviewer to be available for taking the interview.

6. After the interview share feedback with the candidate.

7. Salary negotiation and follow-up with them till onboarding.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an HR and Admin person responsible for managing all the aspects of the company's administration and Human Resources inclusive of the entire processes and practices. Your primary focus will be in organizational development by enforcing the defined company policies, processing the internal arrangements.

The key objective is to impart corporate values and enable business success through the stream of human resources that consists of job design, business ethics,employment cycle,talent management, and facilities management services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO-

• Key ownership in implementation of Business and located HR strategies within the process, team and adhere to company  policies/practices.

• Will be the single point of contact for employees and managers for employee related dimensions.

• Ensuring compliance, regulating audits,managing staff wellness.

• Make high-judgment recommendations in the absence of clear guidance from leadership and must have an uncompromising attitude to maintain the decorum of the professional environment.
• Identify the training resources to train the employees in the core functions by measuring the effectiveness of the training and validate the same through feedback and monthly review process with the help of the respective Team Leads and Manager of the Research Department.
• Monthly attrition analysis to track and address undesirable attrition.

SHIFT TIMINGS: 8pm to 5am IST (Night Shift) 

• Six days a week, second and fourth Saturdays off. 
• The concerned POC will be following the US Calendar.
