Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee product quality across incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with quality standards, reduce defects, lead the QA team, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise incoming, in-process, and final product inspections. 

• Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications. 

• Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 

• Maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, calibration records, and quality documentation. 

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate root cause analysis. 

• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues. 

• Lead and guide Quality Inspectors and Operators. 

• Conduct quality awareness and on-the-job training sessions. 

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE usage, and 5S practices. 

• Participate in internal and external quality audits. 

• Monitor quality KPIs such as rejection rate, first pass yield, audit compliance, and CAPA closure.

Strong Java Developer with hands-on experience in building, deploying, debugging, and supporting Java applications on Kubernetes-based container platforms. 

Focus is on application development and deployment support rather than Kubernetes administration or security management. Experience with JMS/Messaging systems is preferred.

• Open to working with Pytest, even if coming from a different automation stack.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as data-driven, keyword-driven, or hybrid frameworks.
• Solid experience in manual testing, including functional and regression testing.
• Good exposure to UI and API automation; performance testing experience is a plus.
