Job Title : Lead – Endpoint Security & Tooling

Experience : 7+ Years

Location : Sector 32, Gurgaon

Work Mode : 5 Days Working (On-site/Hybrid)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15–20 Days

Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled professional to Lead endpoint security operations, tooling, and architecture.

The role involves managing tools like Intune and Zscaler, developing secure endpoint policies, performing risk assessments, and driving continuous improvements in endpoint protection.

Mandatory Skills :

Microsoft Intune, Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), EDR tools, Application Control, risk assessment, endpoint policy design, and strong knowledge of endpoint security architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize endpoint security tools (Zscaler, Intune, EDR, Application Control).
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint security infrastructure.
• Lead policy development, risk assessment, and architecture design for secure endpoints.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to align tools and practices with compliance.
• Stay updated with evolving security threats, tools, and standards.

Preferred Certifications :

CISSP, CEH, CESP (optional)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.

• Providing technical advice by evaluating new technologies and products to determine feasibility and desirability of the current business environment and to detect critical deficiencies and recommend

solutions.

• Supervising and reviewing technology diagnosis and assessment activities.

• Working with the project managers to define the scope and cost estimation.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to optimize product performance and development.

• Oversee the end-to-end technical implementation of projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.

• Establish the best practices for software development, deployment, and maintenance.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in software architecture and maritime technology to integrate industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience (8+ years) in software architecture and design with a focus on Python

• Strong proficiency in web-based application development and cloud computing technologies.

• Expertise in modern architecture frameworks, microservices, and RESTful API design.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to

non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

• Substantial experience in building large complex and performant web applications using HTML5, CSS3, Typescript and Javascript across multiple browsers (Especially IE11).
• Experience in frameworks such as React (Redux, Redux Thunk or Saga, React Router, React Hooks) , Node JS and good understanding of the basics of these frameworks and their life cycles.(MUST HAVE)
• Experience in frameworks like Bootstrap and CSS pre-processors like SASS and LESS is desirable.
• Deeper understanding of network layer, HTTP, HTTPS, cookies, local storage.
• Knowledge to handle real-time async data would be a plus.
• Good knowledge on build tools like Webpack and Gulp
