Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships through face-to-face meetings and presentations. This role requires a high level of travel and interaction with clients in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to current and potential clients to present our products/services.
2. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and goals as set by the company.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback on market trends.
4. Product Demonstrations: Deliver detailed presentations and demonstrations of our products/services to clients.
5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and close sales deals.
7. Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
8. Customer Support: Provide after-sales support to clients and address any issues or concerns.
9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
10. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
3. Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Software analysis, design, development, and customizations of software applications on IBMi
• Develop Design and test cases
• Prepare project technical delivery documents such as Technical Design Documents, analysis, documents, Unit Test Reports, and others
• Actively participate in software quality Engineering process activities
• Stakeholder interactions daily
• Mentor junior resources and provide technical guidance as and when required
• Production Support and other maintenance activities on IBMi
• Participate in daily stand-up or equivalent calls
• Provide accurate timely status reports
• Work under agile frameworks including but not limited to Kanban and Scrum
• Any experience of support IBMi-based ERP packages would be added advantage
• Perform the production code promotional and other change management activities
• Providing technical leadership to project team members and responding to inquiries regarding errors or questions about programs

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Graduate in Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of total experience is required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

* Design promotional banners which make even the aliens want to click on it

* Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

* Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media

* Create compelling logos, designs, print and digital media

* Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design

* Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics

* Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

* Keen eye for the digital market and audience

* Bachelor's degree in Design or related field

* 2-4 years of experience in graphic design

- Track record of over-achieving quota.

- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.

- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
