JOB ROLE: EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Hardware, Systems and other multi-functional teams and deliver high quality software at fundamental layer of operating system including frameworks, daemons, drivers.
• You need to keep security and performance in mind, enable key features to improve privacy and prevent fraudulence
• The position requires high level thinking to design code solutions along with low level programming and excellent communications and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Rich experience of programming on cryptography
• Profound understanding on Operating System concept
• Highly self-motivated and capable of work and finish tasks alone
• Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

JOB ROLE: EMBEDDED SYSTEMS ENGINEER

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with multi-disciplinary engineering team and customer to identify and recommend hardware needs and requirements for project/product.
• Modify or assist in the development of software architecture and design for new products, prototype, or re-design, including sourcing build environments and writing technical support and control documentation.   
• Read Block Diagrams and detail circuit schematics and layout of proposed or existing hardware and assess the software and driver requirements.
• Participates in cross-divisional Edge IoT projects and/or proposals.
• Develop, oversee, and document automated tests for electrical hardware design and products as well as final operating drivers and systems.
• Evaluate and investigate product failures, and recommend repair or design modifications based on specifications, cost, resources, and risks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to creatively approach challenges and cleverly solve difficult problems.
• Ability to independently identify daily design and customer support tasks, self-start and motivate.
• Ability to manage several projects and prioritize appropriately, with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to learn and work in virtual environments (CAD & Hardware build packages) in-which candidate’s skills are low but persevere and overcome skill gaps autonomously.
• Some experience programming with embedded systems designs and multithreaded real-time operating systems is required.
• Solid programming experience. Preferably in C or C++, .NET, and Java programming languages.

JOB ROLE: PRODUCT DESIGN
Roles And Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and external customers for requirements and implementation details focused on making user-experience recommendations.
• Conduct user interviews and be responsible for writing interview scripts.
• Facilitate cross-functional team in brainstorming ideas to solve user problems.
• Translate ideas rapidly into high-level designs and user journey flows that address the
  issue while contributing to holistic user experience within the product.
• Collaborate with Experience Designers to translate designs and user journey flows into
  prototypes for new products, experiences, and features.
• Analyze post-launch user data to identify opportunities to improve UX/UI.
• Proficient knowledge in Autodesk fusion 360 modelling software.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated ability to apply design thinking methodologies to new product and feature innovation.
• Proven ability to conduct and analyze user research that drives design decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in designing for diverse groups of people (e.g., international audiences, multi-language localization, etc.).
• The ability to take a consultative approach during customer iterations. You should be able to interpret what solutions to provide, based on the questions asked.
• Self-motivation, with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients, and a successful track record of collaboration toward achieving objectives.
• Hands on experience with Computer Aided –Design tools.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
• Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
• Write unit and UI/UX tests to identify malfunctions
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
• Design interfaces to improve user experience
• Liaise with Product development team to plan new features
• Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards
• Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android, IOS and hybrid market
• In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift and Java
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Familiarity with OOP design principles
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Ability to perform in a team environment

Job Role: FULL STACK DEVELOPER-AWS

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
• Work with agile teams as they perform feature level design, development, testing, performance analysis and document to ensure that software meets business needs
• Contribute to software architecture and design
• Develop the required technical pieces/ end-to-end solutions for multi layered applications on a variety of technology stacks
• Conduct code review to ensure code following the code best practices guidelines
• Support for deployment and maintenance applications
• Ability to lead a module development and take it to completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of multiple front –end languages and libraries (e.g HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g Apache) and UI/UX design and with common stacks
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills.
• Knowledge in OOP, design patterns, AWS containers, microservices, serverless implementation
