Required Experience:
· 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a proven track record of delivering robust solutions on the Salesforce platform.
· Strong expertise in Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
· Demonstrated experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
· Significant experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
· Deep understanding of the Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Organization-Wide Defaults, Sharing Rules).
· Experience in configuring and optimizing Salesforce environments, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce technologies.
· Integrate Salesforce with external applications and data sources.
· Customize and extend Salesforce applications, including process automation and UI enhancements.
· Configure and maintain security controls to ensure data protection and compliance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
· Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and performance optimizations.
· Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices.
Technical Skills:
· Apex & LWC Advanced development skills; hands-on with triggers, batch jobs, LWC modules
· Integration REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, data migration, Metadata/Bulk API
