Position Overview: 

As our Senior Engineer (Back End), you'll be responsible for building new features, enhancing the existing ones as well as supporting them in production. You will also be responsible for building reusable libraries or technology platforms that address multiple use cases. You will work towards delivering specific milestones and objectives in a very dynamic environment. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Working closely with the Engineers to develop the best technical design, strategy and drive execution to build capabilities into the platform 

● Owning the delivery of various timelines, ensuring that key milestones are met and deliveries are of the highest quality 

● Establishing various best practices for software development and encouraging their adoption with the team and organization 

● Collaborate with other non-technical stakeholders of the business which includes Product Managers, Designers, Marketing etc.

● Encouraging and mentoring an excellent team of talented engineers by mentoring them and working with them to remove any roadblocks 

● Functional availability of the software developed, enhancing the product based on functional requirements 

● Managing cloud-based services, web applications for their functional correctness, availability, security 

● Deploy and maintain enterprise class RESTful, GRPC based services 

● Own the engineering excellence and operational readiness of the service driving the SLO,SLI, SLA of the relevant services 

● Take ownership to drive quality of the services under your purview via integration test and unit test coverage 

● Responsible for all microservices within your purview responsible driving their quality, security,availability, scalability and other “ilities” 

● Dive deep into each issue, own reactive fixes, and execute long term fixes 

● Assist other Support Engineers on complex RCA issues 

● Provide technical mentoring and guidance to other engineers 

● Provide L3 engineering support

Must Have Skills:

• Overall experience 7+ years and relevant at least 3+ years in Golang with Java
• Strong design and architectural experience in building various highly-scalable and highly-available products 
• Strong understanding of the SDLC Activities which include Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Post-Production Support etc.
• Proficiency in at least one server side framework for Go Lang
• Experience working on NoSQL & SQL Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis etc 
• Deep Dive, problem-solving, RCA and systematic thinking to reach the cause of issues 
• Able to work independently and multi-task effectively 
• Program at a system level and able to manage service stability 
• Excellent experience maintaining, scalable, extensible code
• Methodical in maintaining up to date documentation 
• Metric-driven mindset and obsessive about ensuring clean coding practices 
• Preferred experience in product development 
• Preferred working experience on microservices platforms 
• Proficiency in at least one modern web front-end development framework such as React JS will be a bonus

Good to Have Skills:

• Preferred experience in Elasticsearch and Kibana (ELK Stack) 
• Preferred experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ 

Qualification:

Job Purpose and Impact:

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Engineer will architect, design and develop new and existing digital solutions for the organization's ERP digital portfolio. In this role, you will discover and deliver solutions to complex and varied problems to enable the company's digital future. You will bring order to ambiguous scenarios and apply in depth and broad knowledge of architectural, engineering and security practices to ensure your solutions are scalable, resilient and robust and will share knowledge on modern practices and technologies to the shared engineering community.

Key Accountabilities:

• Apply software engineering patterns and principles to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain and troubleshoot complex and varied software solutions and incorporate security practices in newly developed and maintained applications.
• Participate in peer code review sessions to review code, coach peers and ensure code quality.
• Take the lead in the assigned agile team to adopt agile philosophies, facilitate agile ceremonies and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Incorporate the company's engineering and development best practices within the full software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing and security principles, to deliver high quality code rapidly.
• Collaborate to lead demonstration and continuous feedback sessions to improve development and help drive the long-term vision.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Confirmed experience automating pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery and security
• Confirmed experience architecting applications, databases, services or integrations
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Experience working in ERP basis, Code Development (ABAP, HTML 5, Python, Java, etc..), or Design Thinking.
• Experience working in Azure, AWS, or BTP cloud environments.
• 2 positions- 1 ERP SAP and 1 for open-source technologies

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Active Directory, Windows System Administration, Mac Support, Mobile Device Management, Windows Administration, Desktop Support, System Administration, Technical Support, Jamf, Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Confluence.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

- Document solutions and knowledge articles for future reference.

- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

What we are looking for :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

- Proficient in Active Directory, Windows System Administration, Mac Support, Mobile Device Management, Windows Administration, Desktop Support, System Administration, Technical Support, JAMF, Intune, Azure Active Directory, and Confluence.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Application Development

• Work with Salesforce Tech Lead on requirements gathering/design workshops and define system design and solutions to be implemented on the Salesforce Platform
• Responsible for designing/configuring, developing, testing, training, documenting, and deploying high-quality code and adhering to best practices on the platform
• Design, develop and integrate Salesforce apps and components with back-office systems such as ERP systems using modern web tools and technologies
• Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during deployment and implementation in production environments
• Write well-structured code using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML using the appropriate features and capabilities of each framework or language

System Administration

• Provide system administration support for the Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow
• Creating and maintaining system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications documentation
• Review Salesforce Release Notes to have familiarity with new additions and enhancements

• Responsible for gathering, crunching, collecting raw data.
• Own all data needs in the growth team and across key cross-functional initiatives from data extraction, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
• Provide insights and recommended actions as response to current situation, trend, as well as preventive one for better preparation.
• Collaborate with data engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements, create dashboard, to drive business decisions and optimize business outcomes
• Manage any regular reporting and tracking.
• Deliver analysis, insights, reporting, data marts, and tools to support the business team.
• Build & maintain data mart and dashboards for tracking business OKR and initiatives.
• Ingest both internal and external data to support business needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operation Research or other related disciplines.
• Having 2 - 5 years experience will be an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well.
• Expert in Spreadsheet, SQL and strong experience with Data Visualization and Reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio)
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with minimal guidance.
