Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Vision &Concepting
- Lead end-to-end design concepting, mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal themes that align with Saint Roman’s premium brand identity.
- Research and forecast global trends in high-end lingerie, sleepwear, and loungewear, translating them into fresh, market-leading designs.
2. Hands-On Design & Product Development
- Translate concept ideas into detailed tech packs, flat sketches, and detailed specifications for production.
- Conceptualize unique silhouettes, intricate lace placements, embroidery, and signature hardware.
3. Fabric & Material Mastery
- Utilize deep expertise in luxury textiles (silks, delicate laces, premium meshes, modal, satin, sustainable fabrics) to source and select the best materials.
- Work closely with fabric mills and suppliers to develop exclusive materials, trims, and finishes.
4. Fit, Construction & Quality
- Spearhead fit sessions to ensure impecable fit, comfort, and structural integrity across diverse body types.
- Bring deep technical knowledge of corset construction, underwires, pattern making, and delicate stitching techniques.

Job Summary
