Role Overview:

As a Content Creator Intern, you'll be responsible for ideating, creating, and delivering content that engages audiences across platforms—especially around tech and long-format narratives. You’ll be featured in some on-camera content, so we are currently looking for a male candidate for role-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conceptualize and create engaging long-format content, particularly in the tech space.

● Script, shoot, and edit videos for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

● Be comfortable appearing on camera as a presenter or host for certain video formats.

● Collaborate with designers, editors, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.

● Stay updated with trends across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Requirements:

● Male candidate (role involves on-camera presence requiring a male host).

● Experience in creating or scripting tech-related or long-format content.

● Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma is a plus.

● Strong storytelling and communication skills.

● Comfortable in front of the camera and presenting ideas clearly.

● Available to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru for the internship duration.

Role Overview:

We at Incruiter are seeking an experienced and dynamic Panel Onboarding Team Lead to oversee the onboarding process of freelance interview panels. This role requires managing a team of recruiters, ensuring smooth panel sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing freelance interview panel members based on client requirements.
• Ensure that the team achieves its sourcing and onboarding targets effectively.

Panel Sourcing & Onboarding:

• Collaborate with recruiters to source potential panel members using various tools like Naukri and other databases.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of panel members into Incruiters system.
• Leverage technical expertise in IT profiles (e.g., software development, data science, DevOps, cloud computing, cybersecurity and niche technologies) to identify candidates with relevant skills and industry experience.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded panel members to ensure their satisfaction and continued collaboration.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that the panels provided to clients meet high-quality standards and align with the specific job descriptions shared by clients.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Provide regular updates and reports to higher management on team performance and onboarding progress.
• Work closely with the client success and operations teams to align goals and deliverables.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 4+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.

Proven team management experience is mandatory.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools and databases such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in relationship management with freelancers or external consultants is a plus

Requirements:

- Writing, editing and proofreading website content.

- Write Articles, Blogs, Social media,  Forum and other SEO best practices.

- Develop content to support SEO strategies to drive traffic to the site and improve website Ranking.

- Understanding of Web publishing requirements.

- Experience in creating content for the web and growing a social audience.

- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.

• The candidate should have B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/VLSI Design Engineering
• The candidate should have relevant work experience of 7-16 years in Analog and SERDES IO IP design e.g. GPIOs, Thermal Sensor, PLL, ADC/DAC/ Voltage regulators/LDOs, AIB, HBMIO, DDR, HDMI/DP IO, MIPI IO etc.

• Designs and implements Adobe Experience Manager solutions
• Performs role of subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Manager
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle and understand the entire software development process from design to development to deployment to maintenance.
