Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AI Agent / Agentic Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate business workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous AI systems using modern agent frameworks, integrating enterprise APIs, and deploying production-ready agentic solutions with strong safety and governance practices.

Mandatory Skills :

Python, AI Agents, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Multi-Agent Systems, Tool Calling, REST APIs, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Agent Guardrails, Azure OpenAI (Preferred).

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop AI agents for workflow automation and business analytics.
• Build multi-step reasoning, planning, and tool-calling workflows using modern agent frameworks.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and business applications.
• Implement agent guardrails, permission controls, human-in-the-loop workflows, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with GenAI, API, MLOps, and Data Engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Optimize agent performance, reliability, latency, and operational cost.
• Document AI agent capabilities, limitations, and deployment processes.

Required Skills :

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents with multi-step reasoning and tool calling.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with REST APIs, enterprise systems, and data platforms.
• Understanding of LLMs, RAG concepts, prompt engineering, and AI agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience deploying production-ready AI applications.

Good to Have :

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or Azure AI Agent Service.
• Exposure to telecom, analytics, or enterprise AI solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, MLOps, and AI deployment best practices.

Profile:

·      Head the product management for the 3rd party products including Smallcase, Mutual Funds, IPO, Insurance, Loan, Credit cards, Bank accounts, Gold, Bonds, etc.

·      Lead a team of 7-10 Product Managers

·      Responsible for revenue, market share, vol. of these products from 3 channels – online platforms, digital marketing, offline channels

·      Own process and product development for these products

·      Continuous competition tracking

·      Training the various channels on products

·      Coordinating with various teams to ensure timely completion of dependent activities

·      Responsible for timely responding and resolving client queries / complaints

·      Preparing volume/revenue/usage data reports

·      Work closely with; & manage expectations of; multiple stakeholders like Business, Marketing, Compliance, Risk, Design, Technology, Program, and External vendors

·      Single handedly take couple of product features from vision to launch stage

·      Preparing short-term and long-term roadmaps of the products/features

·      Define KPIs and set up benchmarks, to measure the performance of the product

·      The candidate should have an analytical mindset who should be able to use data at ease – in finding hidden patterns and for understanding user behavior

·      Past experience in industries like Fin-tech, AI/ML, Health-tech, Food-tech, Content-tech, Edu-tech, Gaming-tech, Social-tech etc. is an add-on but not at all mandatory

Qualification:

·      Min. 3 years of product management experience in owning/growing 3rd party products

Job Description:-

Design, develop IoT/Cloud-based Typescript/ JavaScript/ Node.JS applications using

Amazon Cloud Computing Services.

Work closely with onsite, offshore, and cross functional teams, Product Management, UI/UX developers, Web and Mobile developers, SQA teams to effectively use technologies to build and deliver high quality and on-time delivery of IoT applications

Bug and issue resolution

Proactively Identify risks and failure modes early in the development lifecycle and develop.

POCs to mitigate the risks early in the program.

Assertive communication and team skills

Primary Skills:

Hands on experience (3+ years) in AWS cloud native environment with work experience in

AWS Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB

3+ years’ experience in working with NodeJS, Python, Unit Testing and Git

3+ years in work experience with document, relational or timeseries databases

2+ years in work experience with typescript.

1+ years in IaaS framework like Serverless or CDK with CloudFormation knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• Experience working with ruby on rails as well as libraries like Resque and RSpec.
• Ability to write clean ruby code.
• Proficiency with code versioning tools including Git, Github, SVN, and Mercurial.
• Familiarity with MVC, Mocking, RESTful, and ORM.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
• Knowledge of server-side templating languages including Slim and Liquid.
• Familiarity with testing tools.

• Hands-on experience with salesforce CPQ
• Judges the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.
• Serves as the technical expert on Appirio projects focused on Salesforce.com, vlocity and the Force.com platform.
• Designs and implements business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com.
• Direct involvement and/or oversight of developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment.
• Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution.
• Provides mentoring and guidance to other team members, including offshore team members.
