Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and ensure quality standards across all stages of rice procurement, processing, storage, polishing, sorting, packing, and dispatch. The role requires strong expertise in rice quality parameters, laboratory testing, compliance standards, and coordination with suppliers and production teams to deliver consistent, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Assurance

• Implement and monitor quality standards for raw, semi-processed, and finished rice
• Conduct checks on grain length, moisture, purity, color, broken %, foreign matter, and aroma
• Approve final batches before dispatch as per contract and market requirements

Laboratory & Testing

• Supervise laboratory testing and calibration of equipment
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of test results

Supplier & Procurement Coordination

• Inspect incoming rice from suppliers and traders
• Evaluate and onboard suppliers based on quality parameters
• Coordinate with procurement to reject substandard materials

Process Improvement & Compliance

• Drive continuous improvement in milling, grading, and sorting
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, BRC, and export standards
• Support internal and external quality audits
• Handle customer complaints and perform root-cause analysis

Team Leadership & Reporting

• Train mill operators, sorting staff, and lab technicians
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7–10 years of experience in rice mill operations or rice export industry
• Strong knowledge of Basmati & Non-Basmati rice processing
• Experience with color sorters (Satake, Bühler), polishers, and graders preferred

The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business strategy and improve operational efficiency. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into meaningful information, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Data Extraction and Manipulation:
• Extract data from various sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.) using SQL, Python, or other relevant tools.
• Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms to forecast future outcomes.
• Create insightful visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate findings effectively.
• Perform A/B Testing, and other experimental design analysis.

• As a Business Development Manager working under the FMCG segment, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities:
• Approaching potential leads and closing them within a stipulated time frame.
• Create exclusive distributors, exclusive super stockists and businesses associated with the company towards business growth.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

1.       Core Responsibilities

·      Building feasible solutions/applications for our clients – this includes developing bots using Automation Anywhere new cloud-based platform A360, assisting in the design and development of Automation TaskBots to automate Business Processing involving various technologies including Web & Windows applications, Database, Image Recognition (OCR), PDF Integration, API, and Web Services

2.       Experience Requirements

·      5 plus years of Software Development experience in any RPA tool. Preferably Automation Anywhere

·      Providing guiding and training for customers around the application best practices

·      Assist with guidance for the application environment and helping to troubleshoot if necessary

·      Understand the technological pain areas of prospective customers and helping create a Proof of Concept that aligns to their needs and budget

·      Knowledge Requirements

·      Experience with Automation Anywhere, or related robotic process automation software

·      Programming or development experience (Java, .Net, C#, Visual Basic, VB.net, R, etc.)

·      Scripting knowledge or experience (Python, Perl, VB Script, Shell script, PowerShell, etc.)

·      Experience creating macros

·      Ability to understand and create business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation

·      Understanding of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies

·      Exposure to performance measurement and continuous improvement methodologies

·      Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

JD/Skills:-

L1 Tech Support, application support.

Good on SQL Queries.

Decent comm skills.

This will be Mumbai Location.

5 days working.

CTC is good as per market norms.
