 - Payments: Monitoring processing of payments in a timely

manner by the Accounts Executive that you will be supervising

directly.

- Receivables: Monitoring collection of receivables in time. In

addition, oversee that pro-forma and tax invoices are raised

appropriately.

- Recording: Overseeing the accounting function in ensuring

that the P&L and Balance Sheet presents an accurate picture

of our accounts.

- Costing: Playing a crucial role in deriving the unit economics

for our range of products.

- Reporting: You will play a critical role in preparing monthly

management reports on metrics / sales /budgeting to various

process owners to enhance their decision making.

- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): You (along with the

CFO) will play a pivotal role in devising the processes by which

the Finance and Accounts function and the

functions/businesses it interacts with, will adhere. This

includes shifting towards more technology-driven processes in

order to streamline Finance and Accounting operations.

- Banking and Third-party Partners: Liaising and coordinating

with our banking partners and other third-party partners

related to Finance and Compliance work.

What we are looking for

 - 1-3 years of experience working in a Finance/Accounting

department of a company or for a Finance/Accounting

services firm.

- Master’s degree relevant to Finance/Accounting

- Excellent knowledge of financial statements and its

mechanics.

Job Role - Shopify Developer

Responsibilities

 Create an engaging and knowledgeable online Shopify store to increase sales and revenue

 Create bespoke Shopify themes and change pre-existing templates per pre-defined brand

guidelines

 Be an expert in all aspects of the ECommerce platform

 Work with the UX and UI Design Teams to create unique, strong, and inventive front-end user

experiences

 Ensure a smooth connection with Marketing Tools, Platform APIs, and Shopify Apps to optimise

the shop for overall efficiency and functionality

 Test and debug websites regularly to improve performance

 Based on their findings, they provide technical support and coordination, protecting enterprises

against failure

 Increase conversion rates by optimising website

Requirements & Skills

 A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline

 Broad shop construction, launch, and maintenance expertise, as well as a general understanding

of the admin system

 Proven skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as a thorough grasp of the DOM

 Previous experience working with a custom theme and/or the Storefront API

 Working knowledge of Shopify's theming system and Liquid templating

 Previous experience implementing/debugging third-party Shopify apps, as well as building

unique solutions if needed

 In-depth knowledge and expertise with vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, ES2015/ES6, and current

JavaScript frameworks

 Working knowledge of Shopify's object/properties, AJAX API, and Meta fields

Role Overview

The role is designed to give comprehensive exposure to the candidate to various parts of the business and intended to transition into a business leadership role in 18-24 months

Job Responsibilities: 

• Acts as a strategic advisor to the Founder and senior management team, helping them identify priorities, strategically align their time with these priorities, and revisit these regularly to assess progress. 
• Ensure focus on strategic initiatives of the organization so that they are not lost on urgent and daily transactions. Drive time management for the Founder around these areas of focus

Must Have Background for this Role:

• MBA from top tier institutes (IIMs or International business schools).
• 3-5 years of post-MBA experience at top consulting firms, high growth start-ups, VCs, or with Founders/ functional heads.
• 1-2 years of operating experience is a plus.
