Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Engineer with extensive experience in test automation and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UFT, Java Selenium, and Ready API to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using UFT, Java Selenium, and Ready API.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in automation testing.

Mandatory Skills :

• 8+ Years of hands-on experience in test automation using UFT, Java Selenium, and Ready API.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and practical experience applying it in testing environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate testing progress and issues.

Preferred :

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
• Experience in cross-browser and mobile device testing.

Ideal Candidate

10+ years of experience in software/data engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

Expertise in backend development with programming languages such as Java, PHP, Python, Node.JS, GoLang, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Scala for data processing and analytics.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their data services.

Strong foundation and expertise in HLD and LLD, as well as design patterns, preferably using Spring Boot or Google Guice

Experience in big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and distributed computing frameworks.

Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery

Deep knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, SOC2, etc.).

Experience in NoSQL databases like Redis, Cassandra, MongoDB, and TiDB.

Familiarity with automation and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef, Grafana, and ELK.

Proven ability to drive technical strategy and align it with business objectives.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nature of Experience: exposure to any of the sections in production i.e. Core Coil Assembly, Separate Phase Assembly, Winding, VPD Ovening, Tanking

Responsibilities:

·        Completion of shop floor loading & monitor closely productivity of workers.

• Ensure completion of daily production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality and time
• Attend productivity meetings to discuss the discrepancies in the planned vs actual plan.
• Preparation of productivity reports based on throughput & timeliness for presenting the same in productivity meetings.
• Undertake Production Planning and Control activities ensuring adherence to production targets in terms of cost, quality, throughput & timeliness Coordinate with the technical design (electrical and mechanical) function for a design review before the start of every work order and for clarifications on design parameters during production 
• Ensure material requisitions are raised on time to obtain the material from the stores team
•  Ensure the adherence of the workers to the shift schedule.
• Drive discipline on the shop floor and maintain healthy industrial relations in coordination with the HR function
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in section of the production process
• Ensure appropriate training is been given to the winding team by conducting various training sessions.
• Ensure all the documentation & statutory compliances are fulfilled in timely manner to facilitate completion of all the audits.
• Identify production bottlenecks and ensure elimination of the same in coordination with the engineering function
• Drive cost savings through cost effective utilization of resources, process improvements and reduction in operational expenses / overheads
• Ensure all production related documentations / records are maintained and updated through SAP
• Ensure compliance to SOP’s ,process flows and production protocol to ensure minimum deviation from specifications

Roles and Responsibility

Create exciting information visualizations enabling the user to instantly understand the data in the right context, spot patterns, trends and relations in a self-service manner. · Collaborate with designers, developers, and external project partners to ensure designs are implemented as effective user experiences. · Participate in, and integrate feedback from user research. · Define and design use cases, workflows and storyboards describing how the user would interact with easy-to-use, data visualization apps. · Identify all elements of interaction and navigation, and lay them out within a screen so they direct the user without confusion or error. · Create consumer grade usable designs using wireframes and prototypes. · Present your designs in team design reviews as well as to the extended group of internal stakeholders. · Participate in iterative design, testing and development sprint cycles to refine the overall product. · Support marketing activities (e.g. collateral development) around the successful launch of emerging solutions on multiple platforms

• Managing distributors and seller and improve the efficiencies in terms of both- retention (% active, D90 retention etc.) and transaction (% transacting, count and amount of transactions from different user cohorts) of newly acquired and existing base
• Designing promotional pricing schemes, subscription packs, communication plans and taking other tactical and strategic steps to increase transactions and engagement on the platform
• Working across departments(i.e. data science, CX, sales, marketing etc.) to deliver a superior experience for distributors and sellers
• Building the needed infrastructure and continuously innovating on ways to reach new and returning users through a variety of communication channels
• Partnering with product teams throughout the organization to leverage and influence existing internal growth and engagement technologies
• Conducting competitive analysis to understand industry trends for how to engage and convert users
• Working closely with product, marketing and data science to identify the right features essential for growth of business and engagement of users
• Measuring and assessing the impact of experiments, their business impact and sharing them with leadership

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./ B.Tech and/or MBA
• 7 to 8 years of total experience and 2 to 5 years of experience in handling sales, business development, city operations in an operations intensive role
• People management experience
• A proactive approach to problem solving with high focus on customer empathy    

4-6 years of total experience in data warehousing and business intelligence

3+ years of solid Power BI experience (Power Query, M-Query, DAX, Aggregates)

2 years’ experience building Power BI using cloud data (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, SQL DB, data lake)

Strong experience building visually appealing UI/UX in Power BI

Understand how to design Power BI solutions for performance (composite models, incremental refresh, analysis services)

Experience building Power BI using large data in direct query mode

Expert SQL background (query building, stored procedure, optimizing performance)
