Content Writer

• Leading sales demonstrations, following up with the prospect throughout the cycle via multiple mediums including email & phone calls and bringing to closure
• Staying in touch with the prospect to understand their requirements and feedback, and acting accordingly
• Playing a critical role in planning the sales and operations functions to ensure the business goals are entirely aligned
• Helping make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving the sales funnel and process
• Monitoring daily operations and addressing potential issues when they arise
• Phone calling, both cold calls initially to follow-up calls where necessary (even though maximum communication will be written)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory
• Prior experience of working in B2B Enterprise software sales is preferred
• Previous experience of dealing with enterprises or small businesses and not just selling to consumers
• Resourcefulness to come up with new ideas to re-engage dormant leads
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work until 3 am IST to support US time-zone
• Ability to make smart use of digital tools to organise data, manage CRM, automate parts of the task
• Eagerness to build a career in Sales/ Business Development    
• Open to work in US/Night shift  

• 2+ years experience in application development

• experience with Python and Javascript is required. 

• good knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts

• experience in using and understanding code from Open Source

• Strong command of NoSQL and ability to design schemas.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React Native, React.js, or Javascript

• Experience with cloud infrastructure tools in AWS and Google Cloud

• experience with implementing best software engineering practices like version control with git, code reviews, writing unit-tests, writing readable code

• Build reports, analyze trends, and draw inferences from it. 
• Conduct the first round of interview with candidates     

Who you are: 

• Graduate from any stream (Mandatory).  
• Engineering, BCA or BSc (IT or Computers) preferred 
• Team handling experience (Minimum 1 year). 
• Comfortable working in rotational & night shifts.
• Work Experience: 3 to 5 years experience specifically with technical support in the web hosting industry. 
• Have an understanding of different hosting products such as Shared,  Reseller, VPS, Dedicated Servers and addons like sitelock, codeguard,  SSL etc. 
• Proficient in handling a variety of web hosting related issues 
• Ability to take ownership and work independently, handle multiple  priorities, prioritize workload and meet deadlines. 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to analyze large sets of data using advanced excel/analytics skills. 
• Ability and willingness to transfer knowledge and experience to  colleagues and team members 
• Ability to develop and lead a team with role-modeling the right behaviors. Ability to influence others and motivate people.

Job Purpose: This Job Position usually administers to recover the payments from the defaulter clients within the stipulated period of time to maintain the cash flow of the company.

Industry- Heavy Machinery, Industrial Equipment, Construction, engineering, cement, metals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Undertake regular and frequent calls, site visits, follow-ups to implement remedial strategies and action plans agreed with Team Lead, for recovery.

• Initiate demand and reminding letters to all defaulting customers and review all credit files for proper documentation and monitoring.

• Obtain background information on all accounts assigned to the Recovery Team and especially customer information etc…

• Follow up on major debtors accounts assigned to ensure recoveries through calls, demand notices or any other appropriate means.

• Ensure accounts assigned to them are fully recovered.

• Prompt identification of unauthorized balances and follow up with clients on early warning and remedial action on the same.

• Daily call memo and progress report on negotiations with debtors in respect of repayment of indebtedness.

• Negotiations/meetings with customers who want payment work out options such as refinancing, rescheduling and restructuring
• Should have two-wheeler.

Skills & Knowledge:
-Relevant Experience 1 - 2 years experience in recovery or collection
-Proficient in MS Office(Excel Knowledge is Mandatory)
-Good Communication skills in Marathi, Hindi,& English
-Self Motivated & Go-getter
