About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Video Editor (5+ years of experience) to join our growth marketing team and create compelling video content that showcases Blitzy's cutting-edge AI technology. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality video content across multiple platforms—from long-form YouTube educational content to dynamic LinkedIn social media videos and performance-driven advertising campaigns. This role combines technical expertise with creative storytelling to communicate complex AI concepts in accessible, engaging formats. Areas of Ownership
As a Senior Video Editor, you will be responsible for:
Content Creation & Production
- Editing long-form YouTube content (10-45 minutes) featuring product demos, technical deep-dives, and thought leadership
- Creating engaging social media videos (30-90 seconds) optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Producing high-converting video advertisements for paid media campaigns
- Editing multi-camera footage from webinars, conferences, and customer interviews
- Developing promotional videos for product launches and feature announcements
Sales & Customer Enablement
- Creating sales enablement videos for prospecting and client presentations
- Producing customer success stories and testimonial videos
- Developing comprehensive onboarding and training video libraries
- Editing platform demos and tutorial content
Technical Excellence
- Implementing advanced motion graphics and visual effects
- Ensuring consistent brand identity across all video content
- Optimizing video files for various platforms while maintaining quality
- Managing video production workflows and asset organization
- Mastering platform-specific optimization and compression techniques
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop)
- Strong motion graphics and animation skills
- Experience with multi-camera editing and audio mixing
- Professional color grading and correction expertise
- Deep understanding of video codecs and platform optimization
- Portfolio demonstrating B2B or technical content creation
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Role Overview:
The SEO Analyst is responsible for optimizing the organization’s online presence by improving search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and enhancing user engagement. This role requires expertise in SEO strategies, analytics, and a strong understanding of mental health-related content to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value terms relevant to mental health services and integrate them into the content strategy.
- Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and keywords.
- Ensure that content adheres to SEO best practices while maintaining accuracy and sensitivity in mental health-related topics.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience as an SEO Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in optimizing content for the mental health or healthcare sector is mandatory.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic coding practices is a plus.

- Source senior level, highly specialist candidates for leading global businesses, covering the European and International markets
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients
- Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
- Build and develop your client portfolio, providing expert consultation to ensure repeat business
- Generate new leads and clients using your network of contacts

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
- Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels
- Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with clients on future hiring needs
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in HR, communications, marketing, business or similar
- 2 years IT or Tech recruitment experience in a 360 agency role
- Strong experience in sales, business development or client development roles



- Use data to develop machine learning models that optimize decision making in Credit Risk, Fraud, Marketing, and Operations

- Expertise in ReactJS/Redux
- Working knowledge of TypeScript or Flow is a plus
- PURE experience of 1.5 Years and more in Frontend Development

- Deep understanding of Javascript
- Up-to-date on the latest build tools, and libraries such as ES6, Webpack, Babel
