Our Team:

We are a diverse group of 18 people (doctors, engineers, designers, fitness coaches and
dieticians) who have been fortunate to study at leading colleges like UCLA, NTU, BITS Pilani and have extensively worked at great companies like McKinsey & Company, Accenture & Nomura.

About the Role : 

We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the
interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

In this role, you will:
• Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• Integrate data storage solutions.

You may be a fit if you have:
• 2 – 4 years of experience in building PHP web frameworks such as Lavarel.
• Understand the fully synchronous behavior of PHP.
• Understanding of MVC design patterns
• A proficient understanding building rich UI & front-end technologies, such as JavaScript,
HTML5, and CSS3.
• Working knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
• Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
• Experience in using fundamental design principles for a scalable application.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Knowledge of Integrating multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds.
• Understanding of creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL, Postgresql databases and their declarative query languages

Must have experience in Magento 1.x/2.x
Must have sound experience & knowledge of PHP & MySQL
Develop Magento modules in PHP using best practices.
Should possess Advanced knowledge of Magento, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, and MySQL

Job Responsibilities: 1. Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 3. Work with outside data sources and APIs 4. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. 5. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. 6. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Must Haves: 1. 5 + years of experience in designing and building native applications in Android platform 2. Extensive experience in various Android versions, Android SDK and Android Studio 3. Hands on experience in developing Android applications using Kotlin 4. Knowledge of Reactive paradigm (RxJava/ RxAndroid framework), data binding and Android Lifecycle components 5. Strong on design patterns and coding standards 6. Unit test development experience or Test Driven development with use of tools like Robo electric 7. Experience in Github, code reviews and PRs 8. High proficiency in Web services integration using HTTP, REST, JSON and XML 9. Familiarity with Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices Expert in Layouts 10. Good understanding of push notification services 11. Proficient in designing clean and maintainable APIs 12. Strong Debugging skills required 13. Experience with multi-threading and memory management specific to mobile devices 14. Deep knowledge of the full mobile development life cycle 15. Strong problem solving skills needed to identify, research and resolve problems 16. Fluent in written and spoken English 17. Curiosity, Willingness and Ability to learn new technologies

Requirement:-
1. Strong PHP Core programming expertise
2. MySQL DB Model Design and Programming expertise
3. Strong skills in either Joomla or WordPress - at least one is needed.
4. Working know how of HTML 5/ CSS 3
5. Knowledge of SVN or any other version control tools
6. Must have solid REST/API implementation and integration concepts.

Preferred addons :-
1. Good to have Frontend Skills in - Javascript/JQuery/Bootstrap/Angular
2. Experience in common third-party social APIs (google, Facebook, eBay etc)
3. Experience with Payment Gateway integration with APIs like (paypal, payza, authorise.net, Firstdata, Ipayout, Stripe etc)
4. Any experience in Ionic / PhoneGap is a plus

Benefits
1. 6 months of probation period.

Job Responsibilities:- Drupal Developer
● Custom programming and web application development for Drupal
● Testing, maintenance and troubleshooting of existing company sites
● Contributing ideas and efforts towards internal projects and working as part of a team
to find solutions on various problems
Required Skills:-
● Minimum 1+ years of Drupal hands-on development experience.
● Proficient in the maintenance and administration of Drupal modules and sites.
● Experience integrating open source and third-party applications into existing systems.
● Solid understanding of AJAX, HTML, Javascript, and CSS
● Familiarity with source control systems such as Subversion, etc.
● Results-oriented, reliable, able to work under pressure
● Ability to communicate technical ideas to business users and other teams (design, qa)
● Ability to both collaborate with team members and to work independently
● Eager to embrace current and emerging web technologies
Qualifications:
● A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or combined with related
experience)
● Solid understanding of HTML, Javascript, and CSS
● Minimum 0.6 Months of Drupal programming experience (samples of applications that
you have worked on are required)
● Ability to communicate and work well with others
● Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines and new challenges
● The experience that would be a plus
● Knowledge of SEO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-  Develop and manage e-commerce websites, web applications & web sites.  Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document & deploy applications.  Participate in project & deployment planning.  Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:-  Extensive experience of PHP and MySQL.  Exposure on Magento 1 & 2, CMS, Code as well as Javascript frameworks such as jQuery.  Demonstrable knowledge of XML , XHTML, CSS, Modules i.e. API integration, Payment Gateways, XML with a focus on standards.  Demonstrable source control experience  Extensive experience of PHP 5+ and MySQL.  A fair understanding of fundamentals and concepts of Magento, PHP, and Zend.  Ability to develop and manage e-commerce websites, web applications, other websites.  Work on Magento integration with external systems, viz CMS/CRM/ERP/Payment/Shipping  Can understand the goals and create strategies for each project.  Knowledge in Magento Extension development.  Analyze, debug, and test code.  Write well-engineered source code that complies with accepted web standards.  Must be a self-starter & be able to work with minimum supervision.  Participate in project & deployment planning.
