We are seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer with at least 7 years of experience and expertise in ReactJS. The role involves designing and developing scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and ReactJS, focusing on both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front-End Development: Develop and maintain responsive ReactJS web applications. Write clean, reusable code using ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Create UI components using Material-UI, Bootstrap, & CSS. Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
2. Back-End Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using.NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Web API. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT). Develop background services and scheduled jobs. Optimize API performance and implement security best practices.
3. Database Development: Design and manage relational databases using SQL Server and Entity Framework. Write complex SQL queries and optimize database performance. Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) as needed.
4. Cloud/DevOps Development: Deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS. Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Implement cloud-based storage, authentication, and monitoring services.
5. Development Practices: Follow Agile methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning. Write unit tests, conduct peer code reviews, and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.

Skills: Front-End: ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, Material-UI, Bootstrap. Back-End: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API, RESTful APIs, OAuth, JWT. Database: SQL Server, LINQ, NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). Tools: Agile (Scrum), Git, GitHub, xUnit/NUnit.

Our project entails implementing our pre-approved UI, constructing our API, connecting the two, and setting up our server infrastructure. This includes all associated areas such as database and architecture design.

1. Design and implementation of the overall web architecture.
2. Flawless implementation of our approved user interface.
3. Design and deployment of our database used in online and offline executions and construction of our REST API.
4. Integrating with third-party APIs and existing frameworks.
5. Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment.
6. Providing improvements to the product being supported.
7. Actively participated in release and sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations, retrospectives, and solution releases.
8. Developing and adhering to best practices for developing applications and continuously contributing to team performance improvement and collaboration.
9. Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and document programs.
10. Writing unit tests to continually improve the quality of our ability to introduce features at a rapid pace.
11. Programming, updating, and managing server-side code.
12. Working closely with other developers to maintain structured code.
13. Continuously improve the tribe’s services to achieve technical excellence and pay off the technical debt over time.

Skills

• At least 3 years of experience with: Relevant back-end programming
  • in NodeJS, ReactJS, ExpressJS, JavaScript
  • Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions.
  • Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
• Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework—both front-end and back-end.
• Ideally, familiarity with CSS pre-processors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries
• Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy.
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficiency with Git
• Experience with agile and/or DevOps processes and tools (e.g., JIRA,) Ability to translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases. Excellent skills in DB schema design.

• Design, develop, and maintain a range of web apps using the language of your choice for new and existing client projects

• Web Architecture: Will be responsible for web architecture, code structure, data structure, file separation, and the location of computational tasks to help other developers develop applications and also be accountable for planning of the architecture to avoid unnecessary confusion related to the development cycle.

• Debugging: Bugs are relatively common in the development process, you will be responsible for setting up a system for developers to ensure that there are no bugs, and testing the code for bugs marks up as an essential skill.
  
  
• Building and Automation Tools:
 Web performance refers to the amount of time a web app takes to load. If performance time seems to be an issue, it is better to scale the images and omit irrelevant characters. Currently, carrying out this process can be time-consuming, you will be responsible for building and automation tools to come to the team's rescue.

• Database/Web Storage: Need to be an expert in relational databases, NoSQL databases, and memory storage with abilities to design and manipulate complex database queries.
  
  
• Developers must be aware of basic design techniques. It is crucial for designing neat and user-friendly websites that appeal to users; they must have fundamental design principles that include UI/UX design and knowing rapid prototype techniques using tools.
