Job Title:- Full Stack Developer Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer Team Lead with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Laravel, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the development of cutting-edge web applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end solutions using Laravel, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Vue.js.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code by conducting code reviews, establishing best practices, and adhering to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions and improve the development process.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and high-performance applications.

Requirements:

•  3+ years as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficient in Laravel, building RESTful APIs, and working with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience with React and Vue.js for dynamic UI development.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript for full-stack development.
• Experience with Node.js for server-side and real-time apps.
• Familiar with Git for collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Development and implementation of Digital experiences based on AEM product suites mainly with AEM Sites and Assets.

2. Should be able to effectively communicate with the client to understand requirements and propose solution design etc.

3. Design, develop and deploy components, templates, workflows etc on the AEM platform.

4. Should have sound understanding and experience on underlying AEM technologies like Sling, felix and JCR Oak.

5. Setup and configure AEM authoring, publish, and dispatcher environment with Adobe recommended best practices.

6. Integrate AEM with other marketing products like Assets, Forms, Target, Campaign, and other internal endpoints.

7. Should be able to mentor and guide folks within the team.

8. Integrate with front-end technologies and frameworks.

9. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks/libraries ( jQuery, Grunt,

10. Bootstrap etc.), and CSS is a plus.

11. Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (Jenkins/Cruise Control/Maven/GitHub) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

1. 4+ years of AEM experience with at least several full cycles of AEM implementation

4. Experience with Java technologies and frameworks.

5. Experience with other web technologies like Search, XML, XSL etc.

Job Requirements

Must have:

• Experience working on Node.js with Typescript and Express.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB would be preferred.

Nice to have:

• Experience in ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will develop applications in a very passionate environment being responsible for Front-end and Back-end development.
