- Extensive experience using AI agent platforms. (AI = data analysis: a required skill for data analysts.)

- A statistics major or equivalent understanding of statistical analysis results interpretation.

About the Full-Time Position

We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our innovative team on a full-time, hybrid basis. As part of koolio.ai, you will work on a next-gen AI-powered platform, shaping the future of audio content creation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance web applications, handling client- and server-side development. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to implement new features, improve current systems, and troubleshoot issues as we scale
• Design and build efficient, secure, and modular client-side and server-side architecture
• Develop high-performance web applications with reusable and maintainable code
• Work with audio/video processing libraries for JavaScript to enhance multimedia content creation
• Integrate RESTful APIs with Google Cloud Services to build robust cloud-based applications
• Develop and optimize Cloud Functions to meet specific project requirements and enhance overall platform performance

Requirements and Skills:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with demonstrable expertise in building web applications at scale
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and ReactJS
• Strong experience with server-side technologies, particularly REST APIs, Python, Google Cloud Functions, and Google Cloud services
• Familiarity with NoSQL and PostgreSQL databases

About the Role

We’re reimagining how enterprises interact with documents and workflows—starting with BFSI and healthcare. Our AI-first platforms are transforming credit decisioning, document intelligence, and underwriting at scale. The focus is on Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), GenAI-powered analysis, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) automation to accelerate outcomes across lending, insurance, and compliance workflows.

As an AI Engineer, you’ll be part of a high-caliber engineering team building next-gen AI systems that:

• Power robust APIs and platforms used by underwriters, credit analysts, and financial institutions.
• Build and integrate GenAI agents.
• Enable “human-in-the-loop” workflows for high-assurance decisions in real-world conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize ML/DL models for document understanding, classification, and summarization.
• Apply LLMs and RAG techniques for validation, search, and question-answering tasks.
• Design and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured inputs (PDFs, OCR text, JSON, etc.).
• Package and deploy models as REST APIs or microservices in production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into existing products and workflows.
• Continuously monitor and retrain models to ensure reliability and performance.
• Stay updated on emerging AI frameworks, architectures, and open-source tools; propose improvements to internal systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, fine-tuning, and building ML solutions.
• Strong Python proficiency with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Solid understanding of transformers, embeddings, and NLP pipelines.
• Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain.
• Exposure to OCR, document parsing, and unstructured text analytics.
• Familiarity with model serving, APIs, and microservice architectures (FastAPI, Flask).
• Working knowledge of Docker, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of data preprocessing, evaluation metrics, and model validation workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving ability, structured thinking, and clean, production-ready coding practices.

Job Profile:

1. Manage all online activities pertaining to sales on leading e-commerce portals such as Amazon, First Cry, Flipkart, Big Basket, Gofers and Nykaa, Purplle, Myntra etc.
2. Coordinate with various e-portals to prepare a plan for periodic sales increments.
3. Should be an expert in cataloguing (Listings, A+, Variations) and order processing.
4. Should have problem-solving skills when it comes to account health / Catalogue health.
5. Design a strategy to increase sales and visibility at different websites.
6. In coordination with logistics to ensure proper supply at different warehouses.
7. Keep a check on warehouse stock and provide estimated sales requirements to the production team to avoid a shortfall in stock.
8. In the need market, combo and discount strategy is to be designed for getting maximum sales.
9. Meet up with marketplace agencies to get maximum visibility and sales volume.
10. Ensure 360-degree operational efficiency up to the dispatch of goods from the warehouse.
11. Well-versed in dealing with e-commerce category managers for product placement and visibility.

Document Customer Interactions: Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.

Escalate Complex Issues: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.

Provide Product/Service Information: Educate customers on our products and services, and guide them through using our platform.

Process Orders and Returns: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and managing their accounts.

Gather Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product updates, company policies, and industry trends.

Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve and maintain established performance metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Contribute to Team Goals: Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall customer support processes.

Create Knowledge Base Articles/FAQ's: Depending on the role, you may be asked to create content to aid in customer self service.
