Job Role: Senior Script Writer

Experience Level: 3+ Years

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site).

Responsibilities -

● Understand brand objectives and communication goals to ideate creative and impactful scripts.

● Develop engaging scripts that retain viewer attention across ad films and corporate films.

● Create detailed blueprints and structures based on conceptual ideas or creative briefs.

● Translate creative visions into compelling stories aligned with the target audience.

● Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to refine scripts for audience appeal.

● Conduct extensive brand and market research before script development.

● Prepare presentation decks and pitch materials to communicate concepts effectively.

● Present and pitch creative ideas and storylines to clients with strategic clarity.

● Stay updated on advertising trends, audience insights, and brand storytelling techniques

Requirement -

● He/She is expected to manage edits within a short time frame.

● Minimum 3+ years of experience in scriptwriting

● Understand how products affect audiences and are familiar with current scripting and production formats.

● Should be familiar with script-writing guidelines and techniques to be able to develop a full-length script within required deadlines.

● Should know Final Draft

● Should have strong communication & Presentation skills

● Should also have a basic understanding on how to translate scripts to various visual media.

●Should possess strong grammar and writing capability.

● He/She should be a film maniac.

● Should be a good story teller.

● Should have a good knowledge of editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience on the CICS functionality and architecture.
• Provide technical support as needed in the planning, coordination, installation, implementation and testing of releases, upgrades or changes to CICS and related ISV products.
• Capable of installing, upgrading and migrating CICS Transaction Servers.
• Capable of installing, upgrading and supporting IBM & ISV related products such as Compuware Abend-AID, ASG TMON/CICS, Omegamon for CICS, BMC Mainview, Xpediter/CICS, CA ACF2/CICS, CA Intertest and CA SymDump.
• Provide primary on-call support for CICS and associated ISV products.
• Problem determination and resolution within expected timeframe.
• Diagnose CICS system and related product issues and follow up with Root Cause Analysis.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and tests as scheduled.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8 to 14 Years of experience in CICS system programming.
• Experience in CICS transaction server and related ISV products.
• Basic knowledge on the following technologies: z/OS, Unix System Services, SMP/E, REXX, Java, VSAM and Third party products
• Capable of Upgrading /Installing and supporting IBM & ISV related Products Proficient in technologies like P2V, V2V and P2P migrations.
• Experience with performance tuning and workload balancing in CICS.
• Familiarity with CICS monitoring tools (Omegamon for CICS, BMC MainView, IBM CICS Performance Analyzer).
• Knowledge of CICS Web Services, MQ integration, and DB2 connectivity.
• Experience with RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret security administration for CICS.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Process driven management of technical operations and support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• The ability to follow a project through to completion and/or to work as part of a larger team to complete the components of a complex project.
• Support for technical consultation and inquiries from the other IT technical teams.
• Develop, document and maintain procedures for system utilities such as backup/restore, performance tuning and configuration of environments.

At least 4 years' experience as a Node.js developer.

Experience in Microservices

Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

Mandatory experience in Postgres and MySql.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Audit the current Information Security system and procedures and do a Gap analysis

- Identify immediate potential Information Security Risks and manage remediation tasks through to closure

- Create an Information Security Compliance Roadmap and execute end-to-end compliance initiatives by that roadmap

- Design high-quality test plans and direct Data/Information security control test activities

- Continuously improve Octro Data/Information security control framework

- Maintain handbook pages and procedures related to Information security compliance

- Identify opportunities for Information security compliance control automation, execute them and then maintain

- Provide actionable and constructive advisement to cross-functional teams, including driving remediation activities for high and select moderate-risk Observations across all Octro departments

- Design, develop, and deploy scripts to automate continuous control monitoring, administrative tasks and metric reporting for all security compliance programs

- Direct and support external audits as and when necessary

Requirements

- A minimum of 6-8 years' experience working with Data/Information Security Compliance programs

- Detailed knowledge of common information security management frameworks, regulatory requirements and applicable standards such as: ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI etc.

Develop and Implement Technology Solutions

Understand Functional Specifications and transform into technical programs specs to code, test and debug programs

Develop, Code and execute unit tests, systems and integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity.

Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance

Support functional consultants in designing solutions for the gaps identified.

Desired Candidate Profile

7- 12 Years of ABAP Experience

Strong Object Orientation experience

SAP ABAP and Netweaver / Webdynpro Development

SAP H4 HANA 1709 and above

Experience in third party integration

Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an agile framework

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to write technical speficifications

Great interpersonal and communication skills

SAP Certification is a plus

Work Experience in a pharma company is another big plus
