As we continue to build intelligent, scalable, and enterprise-ready products, we are looking for a seasoned SDE-III who can take ownership of complex modules, mentor engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Role Overview

As an SDE-III at Master-O, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling core product features used by large enterprises with high user volumes. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions while ensuring best engineering practices.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical depth, system thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of full-time professional experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• React.js
• Node.js & Express.js
• JavaScript
• MySQL
• AWS
• Prior experience working in B2B SaaS companies (preferred)
• Experience handling enterprise-level applications with high concurrent users
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and backend architecture
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Comfortable working in an onsite, collaborative team environment

Good to Have

• Experience working with or integrating LLMs, AI assistants, or Agentic AI systems
• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment workflows
• Prior experience in EdTech, Sales Enablement, or Enterprise Productivity tools

Position: Executive Assistant

Job Summary: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive team by managing daily schedules, communications, and organizational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Manage and prioritize the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, travel, and events.
• Communication: Act as the first point of contact for all communications directed to the executive, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips, including preparing detailed travel schedules.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and calls; prepare agendas, materials, and reports for meetings.
• Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Project Management: Assist with the coordination and tracking of projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Expense Management: Manage and process expenses and invoices, ensuring that receipts and reimbursements are properly handled.
• Research & Reporting: Conduct research and compile reports or presentations as required by the executive.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Office Management: Maintain office supplies, organize files, and perform other administrative tasks to ensure a well-organized and efficient workspace.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the quality of software products we build
• Author test documentation including test plans, test cases & scenarios and develop automated test suites.
• Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases and setting up of E2E test infrastructure
• Both Manual as well as Automation Testing on backend/frontend E2E testing.
• Work towards sustaining current QA processes and implementing new ones
• Define system test plans to validate all existing feature functionalities configured on system testbeds and automate all test cases
• Verify endurance and scale testing to validate robust feature functionality under stress

Must have:

• Extensively worked on various testing types such as Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, Mobile testing, cross browser compatibility
• Expertise in developing, managing, and implementing E2E testing for core features in Automation frameworks using Selenium/ REST Assured/ APM or equivalent.
• API testing using tools like Postman.
• Experience in writing SQL queries to perform backend data validations

Good To Have :

• Experience in building Automation framework from Scratch
• Familiarity with performance testing using JMeter, Scale and Reliability testing
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure or GCP is a plus
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies and working in small teams

Performance Testing

With C#/Java, and basic coding knowledge.

wide range of quality control tests and analysis to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements as well monitor the performance of the production systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other engineers to develop

testing and monitoring approaches

• Focuses on assurance in the areas of error

rates, response times, and impact to infrastructure

• Designs, scripts, configures, and run

performance tests to validate production readiness of software applications and

infrastructure for stability and performance

• Supports testing needs of new projects,

infrastructure upgrades, and application enhancements by validating application

functionality against documented test cases

• Uses dashboards that enable efficient

monitoring of applications and systems running in production environments to

troubleshoot issues and report finding.

2- Candidate should have good knowledge of MS-Excel.
