Key Responsibilities
Manage technical onboarding and implementation for new clients
Understand customer requirements and configure the product accordingly
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client issues
Work with APIs, integrations, and system configurations
Monitor customer usage and proactively address risks or gaps
Act as a technical advisor, guiding clients on best practices
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) to resolve issues and improve product experience
Document solutions, processes, and customer requirements
Assist in client training sessions and demos
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

● Understand DevOps philosophy and evangelize the principles across the organization

Job Requirements:
● B.Tech. / B.E. degree in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering degree/experience
● Minimum 5 yrs of experience working as a DevOps/Infrastructure Consultant

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Should have 7+ years of overall engineering experience.

Hands-on experience leading web and mobile product development
Strong expertise in web technologies (React, Node.js) and mobile platforms (Flutter / iOS / Android)
Proven experience owning end-to-end product delivery (development, deployment, maintenance)
