We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Front End to help scale Reflektive to being the market leader for employee performance management. The main question to be answered: Can you help a

company scale?

Reflektive has major initiatives to tackle in the next year. Initiatives range from internal scaling, security, engagement, new verticals, pervasive technologies, research and development, data and

analytics, and customer tools. Reflektive’s Senior Software Engineer will contribute in their area of specialization. S/he will help us solve complex design challenges and mature our platform to handle

increasing traffic and scale.

You'll join a lean, prolific team where everyone, including you, is active in the product-defining and development process (where deploying new features every 2 weeks is common). You'll know the

customers we're talking to, and the needs of each one. As a result, you know where your initiative and drive can best make a difference (and be recognized!)

Our engineering team consists of developers from a wide array of backgrounds. Our team primarily focuses on Rails and Javascript, but is always ready to use the best tool for the job when it makes

sense. Following Scrum practices, we work closely with the Product Management team to develop features that focus on empowering and developing employees. Our team is a tight knit, friendly

group of engineers that are dedicated to learning from and teaching to each other. Team members regularly contribute to and optimize our engineering practices and processes. Our team wants to

make software engineering fun, easy, and fulfilling, so we've come up with a set of values that we

Responsibilities

● Depending on your specialization, projects/initiatives may include: Security, scaling distributed systems, working on our core services related to user management, building out new verticals, guiding new engagement features, scaling traffic/imports/exports,

and managing APIs.

● Work extremely cross-functionally across Engineering and Product Management.

● Deliverable: (30 days) Own a feature; possibly being paired with another engineer. (60days) Own and drive a new initiative. (90 days) Bring that initiative to production.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Expert proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Kafka/Pulsar, SQL, Docker and kubernetes.
• Overall 4+ years of experience as Java full stack developer using any modern frameworks.
• Strong knowledge on Data structure and Algorithm knowledge
• Previous experience working in ReactJS/AngularJS (2+ years)
• Knowledge of Analytics and LookerML would be added plus.
• Exposure to cloud environment AWS.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks including Junit.
• Startup experience is strongly desired.
• You learn quickly, you’re adaptable and versatile.
• Experience in an Agile and Scrum environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide a delightful renting experience to customers

As a Program Manager – Business Central, you will:

• Manage multiple project streams of implementation / support of Dynamics 365 BC

• Liaise with onsite CSMs / customer contacts and provide delivery assurance.

• Provide strong functional and technical leadership to the team.

• Provide accurate and honest status reporting.

• Mentor the team to scale up.

• Identify opportunities with the existing customers and plan the resource pool.

• Be travel ready.

• Support Presales activities.

You Are Great:

• Should be able to manage multiple streams of implementation/support of D365BC projects.

• Strong functional and technical leadership in BC including upgrades and migrations.

• Mentor the team and identify opportunities for the team to scale up.

• Provide support to pre-sales to acquire customers by providing demos, estimations.

• plan and track the deliverables, provide accurate status report. Must Have:

• Functional knowledge of D365BC - all modules

• Business Central /Navision product knowledge

• ADO/JIRA/ or likes of it.

• Understanding of cloud and on-premises versions

• PowerApps understanding.

• Migration, Upgrades, and Integration experience

• Technical knowledge for customizing further.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills • large customization experience will be a plus.

We are looking for applicants with a strong background in Analytics and Data mining (Web, Social and Big data), Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition, Natural Language Processing and Computational Linguistics, Statistical Modelling and Inferencing, Information Retrieval, Large Scale Distributed Systems and Cloud Computing, Econometrics and Quantitative Marketing, Applied Game Theory and Mechanism Design, Operations Research and Optimization, Human Computer Interaction and Information Visualization. Applicants with a background in other quantitative areas are also encouraged to apply.

• Preferred experience with large data sets & distributed computing in Hadoop ecosystem
• Fluency with databases

The candidate will need to demonstrate previous experience of taking a client's requirements and translating them into technical specifications. The candidate will have to have previous examples of how he/she has worked with internal customers and technical peers.

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years’ experience within a web application development environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Development of software extensions to vTiger CRM/Drupal/WordPress and any other PHP based application
• Development of integration between CRM and ERP systems provided by Target Integration and any other system using their APIs
• Development and maintenance of code in Gitlab (In-house git server)
• Managing tickets and updating them regularly in Redmine (Project and Ticket Management Platform)
• Providing solutions to the pre-sales team on new projects
• Supporting the existing development team
