Responsibilities

Position: 1:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support the growth of our Alteryx business. The ISR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, engaging with prospects, and building a strong pipeline for the sales team across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads for Alteryx solutions through digital leads, outbound calls, emails, and campaigns
• Identify customer use cases around data analytics, automation, and business intelligence
• Work closely with Account Executives to convert leads into sales opportunities
• Schedule product demos and discovery calls
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Support pipeline building for new business and renewals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets (SQLs, meetings, pipeline value)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 1–5 years of inside sales / lead generation experience (preferably in Data Analytics/ IT/software/SaaS)
• Strong understanding of analytics, data workflows, or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders
• Target-driven with strong follow-up and closing mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Experience selling analytics or BI tools (e.g.,Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAS, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Familiarity with ETL, data preparation, or automation tools
• Experience in B2B or enterprise sales

KPIs / Success Metrics:

• Number of qualified opportunities (SQLs) generated
• Demo/meeting bookings with prospects

Position 2: Inside Sales Specialist: Microsoft Products:

This is a high-impact role focused on identifying and activating dormant partners, onboarding net new partners, and driving MWS revenue through strategic engagement, account management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Activation &; Development: Identify, engage, and activate dormant

Microsoft channel partners in assigned locations. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to revive inactive partner accounts.

New Partner Onboarding: Scout and onboard net-new partners in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Chennai. Provide enablement, training, and ongoing support to accelerate their MWS business ramp-up.

Revenue & Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key metrics (revenue, transaction frequency, deal pipeline) for all partner accounts. Implement systems to track progress against targets and identify growth opportunities.

Channel Partnership Management: Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders (sales teams, decision-makers, technical teams). Conduct regular business reviews, identify pain points, and co-develop solutions to unlock growth.

Sales Enablement: Equip partners with sales collateral, technical resources, training materials, and pricing support. Conduct partner workshops and training sessions on MWS offerings and market trends.

Deal Support &; Closure: Support partners in deal identification, proposal development, and negotiation. Work closely with presales and delivery teams to ensure smooth deal closure and customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, identify market gaps, and provide insights to inform pricing, positioning, and partner strategy.

Target Achievement: Drive quarterly revenue targets by building a healthy pipeline across existing and new partner accounts.

Who Should Apply? (The Must-Haves)

We are looking for driven channel builders, not generalists. You are the right fit if:

You have 3-5 years of work experience in channel management, partner sales, or

account management roles (preferably in IT/Cloud/SaaS sectors or Microsoft ecosystem).

You have proven experience in partner activation, new partner onboarding, or long-tail account management. Track record of reviving dormant accounts is a plus.

You possess a solid understanding of cloud services, Microsoft products (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365), or related technology offerings.

You are analytical and data-driven with ability to track metrics, build dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights.

You have excellent relationship-building skills and comfort working with diverse stakeholder groups (partners, internal teams, management).

You are a self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to conduct training and business reviews.
