We are hiring a Node.js Developer (1-3 years experience) for a full-time role in Wakad, Pune. The candidate must have expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, and Express.js, along with proficiency in MongoDB, MySQL, and ORM libraries. We are looking for Tech Leads working with our Application Engineering team, designing, and developing a variety of applications. More specifically, you will:

• Determine the functional, non-functional requirements and scope working with the business analysts and engineering managers
• Design and develop multi-tier, cloud-native, high performance, and scalable solutions
• Apply software engineering principles, design patterns and best practices to build solutions that are testable, secure, and robust
• Lead cross functional agile teams across the software development lifecycle
• Evaluate design alternatives using proof of concepts and collaborate with architects to choose optimal solutions
• Performing design and code reviews
• Collaborate with project/program managers to estimate, plan, and mitigate technical risks at module/project level
• Mentor and groom developers to deliver high quality solutions

• Years of Experience: 5+ years
• Relevant hands-on experience with one of more of the following:
• Programming Languages – Python with Django / Flask / Java / C#.net

About the Backend Developer

We are looking at a diligent, driven, passionate person for our efforts on engagement and retention of our customers (schools) in a high growth environment. Backend Developer will be the face of the organisation for the schools that are using the platform on a day to day basis. The Developer will interact with the schools via the chat support and email requests and resolve any issues that the schools might be facing in using the platform or extend any support they might be needing to use the platform to its fullest.

• As a Backend Developer, you will play a major role in, developing and deploying high-quality web platforms. In this multifaceted role, you will get the opportunity to work along curriculum experts, teachers, and students, and user-test the product in real school settings.
