Key Responsibilities

 Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms

 Manage and scale campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and cost efficiency

 Develop and implement advanced audience targeting and retargeting strategies

 Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics

 Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and messaging

 Drive lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition objectives

 Ensure accurate pixel tracking, event optimization, and attribution analysis

 Collaborate with internal teams for creative assets and campaign alignment

 Prepare performance reports with actionable strategic insights

Required Qualifications & Skills

 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Meta / Facebook advertising

 Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager

The project is about to create a global solution for payroll validation processes related to customer payments. It involves data from various systems, leading to complexity. Currently, manual work is time-consuming and error prone. Your responsibilities will include collecting and documenting requirements from, transforming the results to developable epics and user stories and defining test cases for ensuring a correct implementation.

The Requirements Engineer collects, analyzes, transforms the Requirements of the Software. It is required to communicate with different levels of stakeholders and keep track of the requirements.
