Founded in 2023, by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, Truva aims to build the most delightful and trustworthy home buying experience in India (akin to Spinny for Homes). Their comprehensive home buying platform, enables the buyer journey end to end, right from discovery of renovated houses and arranging home visits, to ensuring all legal and financial support. Their offering has enabled them to build the company profitably from Day 1 and raise from marquee investors.

As a Buyer Experience Architect, you will work at the intersection of sales, growth and product experience, to build customer relationships, design systems to enhance our reach and experience, and drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Own
● Building Tru(va)ly Incredible Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, conduct personalized property visits, deliver data-driven insights (e.g., ROI projections, legal clarity), and guide buyers through seamless transactions!
● Managing end-to-end Property Lifecycles: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for Truva’s curated properties, from listing optimization to negotiating & closing deals.
● Expanding the Truva Buyer Community: Join forces with the growth team on experiments and ideas to expand our buyer community, whether it is hosting Open Houses or fun social media campaigns..
● Enhancing Buyer Experience: Work closely with product team to convert buyer pain points into highlight features (think digital walkthroughs or home comparison tools)

Qualifications
- Pursuing BE/BS/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from top-tier universities.
- Relevant Projects/Internship in AI development, with a specific focus on prompt engineering with LLMs like ChatGPT.
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI development and a passion for coding.
- Solid understanding of AI principles, machine learning models, and the ability to apply them in creating impactful solutions.
- Knowledge of deep learning for computer vision and (or) NLP
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and understanding of deploying AI solutions at scale.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices for AI, including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) for AI models.
Good to have
- Practical experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
- Contributions to open-source projects or active engagement in AI development communities.
- Experience in working with LLMs and AI technologies beyond prompt engineering.
PythonRequirements
- 3+ years work experience with production-grade python. Contribution to open source repos is preferred
- Experience writing concurrent and distributed programs, AWS lambda, Kubernetes, Docker, Spark is preferred.
- Experience with one relational & 1 non-relational DB is preferred
- Prior work in the ML domain will be a big boost
What You’ll Do
- Help realize the product vision: Production-ready machine learning models with monitoring within moments, not months.
- Help companies deploy their machine learning models at scale across a wide range of use-cases and sectors.
- Build integrations with other platforms to make it easy for our customers to use our product without changing their workflow.
- Write maintainable, scalable performant python code
- Building gRPC, rest API servers
- Working with Thrift, Protobufs, etc.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)• Bachelor’s degree with a background in math will be a PLUS.
• Must have 5+ years system administration experience with a mix of Linux and Window systems in a medium
to large business environment.
• Must have command level fluency and shell scripting experience in a mix of Linux and Windows
environments.
• Must have experience in one or more public cloud environment: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Must have experience in using automation tools (Cloud Formation, Terraform) to build cloud infrastructure.
• Must have experience in basic MySQL administration – configuration, backups, replication.
• Must have experience in Apache and other webserver administration on Linux platforms.
• Must have exposure to VMware or other enterprise virtualization software.
• Certification with Red Hat or any other Linux variant will be a BIG PLUS.
