• Business Development Associate / Corporate Sales Specialist

• 1–2 years in B2B sales, EdTech, or HR services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with HR managers, L&D heads, and CHROs through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct 1-on-1 discovery calls to understand organizational skill gaps (e.g., leadership, communication, EQ) and propose tailored course modules.
• Product Presentations: Deliver engaging online or in-person demonstrations of soft skills training programs to senior HR stakeholders.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales funnel in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation of client feedback.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly or quarterly revenue targets by converting high-potential leads into enterprise training contracts.

Required Skills

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience should demonstrate growth in the following areas:

1. Core Sales & Interpersonal Skills

• Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to handle budget objections and clearly articulate the ROI of soft skills (e.g., reduced turnover, better team productivity).
• Active Listening & Empathy: Essential for understanding an HR leader's "pain points" and building high-trust relationships.
• Digital Fluency: Proficiency in using virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams) and AI-driven prospecting tools to streamline outreach.

2. HR & Training Domain Knowledge

• L&D Basics: Familiarity with concepts like Training Needs Analysis (TNA), competency mapping, and adult learning principles.
• Soft Skills Expertise: Ability to explain the importance of specialized areas such as Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Conflict Resolution, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).

3. Operational Discipline (for 6-Day Work Weeks)

• Resilience & Time Management: The ability to maintain high energy levels and productivity across a 6-day schedule.
• Data Reporting: Regular updating of daily/weekly sales reports to track conversion metrics and pipeline health

Role & Responsibilities

4-7 years of Strong proficiency in Full stack Development of Web Applications and experience in shipping production applications.

Experience of using Typescript for development would be a mandate.

Frontend- next.js, react.js, vue.js and bit for svelte kit are highly preferred Backend- node.js, react.js, express.js

B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Tier 1 Colleges preferred

Experienced with Tailwind CSS

Experienced with TDD for component and end-to-end testing

Ableto set up CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using Github actions according to project

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making skills

Ability to move quickly without breaking things too much (we are dreamers)

Ability to work under immense pressure which is balanced by a sense of responsibility and ownership

Comfortable working with a Git style workflow where every commit deploys to a staging environment and merged pull requests deploy to production

Job Description

Direct revenue generation through B2C sales.

Requirements

Fresher to maximum 5 years of experience in sales.

About the role

Quantela is seeking UI Architect who is proficient in design and development of web based front end applications for enterprises.

Qualifications:

• Should have sound understanding of Object-Oriented JavaScript & Typescript concepts and Debugging skills.
• Should have strong Implementation & architectural design skill of BOTH client-side and Server-side NodeJS/JavaScript (and related frameworks) based application
• Should build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Should have working experience on Angular (Preferably at least 3+ year experience in Angular 5 and above versions), HTML5, CSS3.
• Should be able to recommend appropriate UI frameworks and controls, design and develop web applications based upon a set of requirements
• Responsible for setting coding standards using best practices/principles and ensuring its adherence
• Good understanding of UI best practices, RESTful services, Accessibility WCAG 2.0, etc.
• Should be able to understand security models like OWASP standards
• The selected candidate should be an evangelist, self-driven, visionary leader and mentor
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skill and a positive attitude
• Should preferably have product development experience.
