👊 About the Role

We are seeking a 5**–7 years experienced Senior Program Manager – Automation & Transformation** to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of AI-driven automation across Sales, Recruitment, Payroll, and other BPO Operations.

This role focuses on building AI-powered systems and intelligent workflows that automate 70–95% of business processes, significantly improving operational efficiency, scalability, and decision-making.

The candidate will lead the company-wide AI automation program, ensuring that automation initiatives across departments are strategically planned, executed, and integrated into the organization’s technology ecosystem

📋 Key Responsibilities

AI Automation Strategy

• Define and drive the company’s AI automation roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes using AI, intelligent workflows, and automation tools.
• Design scalable systems that reduce manual work and improve productivity.
• Sales Automation, Recruitment Automation, Payroll Automation, Operations Automation

Program Management Leadership

Lead the organization’s AI automation transformation program, including:

• Defining automation initiatives across departments
• Prioritizing automation projects based on impact and feasibility
• Coordinating with Sales, HR, Finance, and Operations teams
• Managing implementation timelines and delivery milestones
• Ensuring alignment between automation systems and business goals
• Monitoring automation performance and ROI

Stakeholder & Change Management

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.

Candidate Profile:You have:

• Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network.

Education and Experience:

• Degree in HR, communications, marketing, business or similar
• 2 year of HR experience in a Tech Company
• Strong experience in tech-based roles
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

The Full-Stack Engineer role involves working across prosuct development stack, including various backend systems, frontend systems as well as quick prototyping of proof-of-concept features and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Architecting Figuring out all levels of designing and structuring systems, deciding on optimal levels of abstraction and future-proofing, patterns of orchestration of components and finally planning its execution.
• Implementation Should be able to structure and write code like prose for others to read, design and adhere to common principles and patterns that make everyone better at their jobs. Should have the ability to contribute according to timelines and type of projects - from working POCs to stable production code and the ability to work with a large breadth of knowledge.
• Orchestration and integration Interact with the larger engineering team for integrating your work into the ecosystem, help others in building over the base that you provide, help in orchestrating your work into CI/CD, testing, QA and automation pipelines.

Skill Requirements:

• Proven software development experience in PHP.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc).

• Knowledge of CORE PHP & web framework including Laravel.
