JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Pune, Mumbai

Mode of Work : 3 days from Office

DSA(Collections, Hash maps, trees, Linkedlist and Arrays, etc), Core Oops concepts(Multithreading, Multi Processing, Polymorphism, Inheritance etc) Annotations in Spring and Spring boot, Java 8 Vital features, database Optimization, Microsevices and Rest API

• Design, develop, and maintain low-latency, high-performance enterprise applications using Core Java (Java 5.0 and above).
• Implement and integrate APIs using Spring Framework and Apache CXF.
• Build microservices-based architecture for scalable and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high/low-level design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
• Optimize performance through efficient multithreading, memory management, and algorithm design.
• Ensure best coding practices, conduct code reviews, and perform unit/integration testing.
• Work with RDBMS (preferably Sybase) for backend data integration.
• Analyze complex business problems and deliver innovative technology solutions in the financial/trading domain.
• Work in Unix/Linux environments for deployment and troubleshooting.

Job Description:

• Very good Core Java programming skills, with 7+ years of experience, of which 3 - 4 in core
• development programs.
• Expertise on Agile and Build (Jenkins/GIT/Continuous Integration)
• Rich experience in software development SDLC - Requirements, Analysis,
• coding, review process, build and test.
• Fair understanding Linux fundamentals
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Good English comprehension and communication skills, both oral and written,
• Ability to write routine business correspondence, and technical notes
• Strong customer service orientation, proactive in updates/blockers

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in software product development and delivery.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering from a reputed institute(preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes).
• Strong grasp of CS fundamentals, algorithms and excellent problem solving abilities.
• All experience should be from good product development or e-commerce background.
• Must have shown good stability in all your previous associations.
• Have strong backend knowledge and cloud development exposure.
• Expert at Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, REST API development.
• Worked with at least 1 RDBMS (Mysql preferred). NoSql is a plus.
• Have used or are very hands-on with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle/Ant, Kafka, GIT/bitbucket in a very agile work place.
• Writing high quality code which is made better by unit tests and integration tests is how you work.
• Comfortable with exploring proven open source tech stack like Grafana, Kibana, Jira, Prometheus, caches like Redis/Memcached, task queues like celery, to name a few.
• Knowledge of test driven development and AWS tech stack will be a good plus.

• Experience of 5+ years in designing & developing highly scalable, performant web applications
• Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Strong Computer Science Fundamentals (Data structures and Algorithms)
• Sound understanding of object-oriented programming and excellent software design skills.
• Good experience of Restful services using Java Springboot
• Strong understanding of database design and SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL) development
• Good to have knowledge of NoSQL technologies like Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra or any other NoSQL database
• Knowledge of design patterns and good to have experience of large-scale applications
• Should have experience in Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS or other Queueing systems.
• Experience of working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Computing (GCP) would be considered as an advantage
• Experience of developing with Serverless Model will be an advantage.

• Team with top-notch engineers, product managers, program managers, DevOps and QA following agile development methodologies
• Review functional requirements, providing technical feedback on feasibility and architectural approach and framework.
• Design and develop web / mobile applications
• Create Prototype and/or Proof of Concepts (POCs) when necessary
• Act in a technical leadership capacity: Mentor junior engineers and new team members, perform code reviews and apply technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems
• Utilize Agile Development, SCRUM / Pair / Extreme Programming methodologies
• Design and develop supporting components and microservices for the backend tiers focusing on fault-tolerance and scalability in a multi-tenant enterprise environment
• Maintain and improve the functionality and performance of the existing web applications
• Help shape and execute the technical roadmap to develop next generation features; integrate corporate- and product-level architecture principles and goals into the teams project work through designs, implementation strategies, and project planning.

• 3+ years of experience developing Backend, API and data-based applications/software
• Experience with one of the major relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, Postgres) and NoSQL databases (Mongo DB, Cassandra, Dynamo DB or such)
• Expert object-oriented programming experience using Java
• Strong OO design and programming skills in Java, Hibernate, JPA, Spring Boot
• Worked in Maven, JPA, REST services, Postman
• Working knowledge on Spring Security / Spring Batch / ZUUL / Eureka / Hysterix
• Exposure with Frontend technologies (React.js, Angular or Ruby-on-Rails)
• Require experience and Strong understanding of entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile (Scrum), Software design/architecture process, unit testing & Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with web services (consuming or creating)
• Experience managing Cloud infrastructure (resources and service) in AWS, Azure and/or GCP
• Strong knowledge of SOA, object-oriented programming, design patterns, multi-threaded application development
• Experience in reporting and analytics, queuing and real-time streaming systems
• Git or similar distributed SCM tools experience.
