Associate (Post-Sales SaaS / Customer Onboarding Engineer) Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles within B2B SaaS, preferably working with global or US-based clients,

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience owning end-to-end customer onboarding and technical implementation from kickoff to go-live, including customer requirement gathering, configuration, data setup, integrations, validation, and post go-live support.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong Python scripting skills, with hands-on experience writing scripts for data migration, ETL workflows, automation, and data transformation (CSV, JSON, spreadsheets, APIs).

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience working with APIs, webhooks, REST integrations, reading/debugging JSON payloads, handling authentication flows, and troubleshooting integration issues.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have hands-on exposure to data modeling, SQL queries (PostgreSQL preferred), data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy during migrations and billing-related workflows.

Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure timely resolution of implementation blockers and seamless client onboarding.

Mandatory (Education): Candidate should have an Engineering degree.

Job Title : Senior Python Developer – Product Engineering

Experience : 5 to 8 Years

Location : Pune, India (Hybrid – 3-4 days WFO, 1-2 days WFH)

• Junior : 3 to 5 Years

Mandatory Skills : Python 3.x, REST APIs, multithreading, Celery, encryption (OpenSSL/cryptography.io), PostgreSQL/Redis, Docker/K8s, secure coding

Nice to Have : Experience with EFSS/DRM/DLP platforms, delta sync, file systems, LDAP/AD/SIEM integrations

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design and develop backend services for DRM enforcement, file synchronization, and endpoint telemetry.
• Build scalable Python-based APIs interacting with file systems, agents, and enterprise infra.
• Implement encryption workflows, secure file handling, delta sync, and file versioning.
• Integrate with 3rd-party platforms: LDAP, AD, DLP, CASB, SIEM.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure high availability and performance of hybrid deployments.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously optimize performance.

✅ Required Skills :

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Python 3.x development.
• Expertise in REST APIs, Celery, multithreading, and file I/O.
• Proficient in encryption libraries (OpenSSL, cryptography.io) and secure coding.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, SQLite, and Linux internals.
• Strong command over Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
• Ability to write clean, testable, and scalable code in production environments.

➕ Preferred Skills :

• Background in DRM, EFSS, DLP, or enterprise security platforms.
• Familiarity with file diffing, watermarking, or agent-based tools.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, DPDP, RBI-CSF) is a plus.

- Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries and markets.

- Conduct extensive market research to identify opportunities for business expansion.

- Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking. - Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.

- Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements. - Collaborate with strategists to develop innovative and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write clean, structured code and develop back-end components that are scalable and reusable which aligns with the existing architecture.
2. Own and manage team processes, releases, and systems and integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
3. Design, build, test, and document code and databases
4. Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
5. Make architecture decisions that contribute to maintainable systems
6. Architect and build the backend for the corresponding web service (Django)

Skills Required:

1. 2+ years of experience with Django, Experienced & expertise in Python framework - Django and Rest
2. Strong systems, architecture and database fundamentals, experience with scaling web technologies
3. Should have basic knowledge of Front End
4. Should have good database design knowledge
5. Should be able to write good quality code with good documentation
6. Experience in creating REST API's
7. Basic understanding of tech stacks - Postgres and Git
8. The ability to work independently is a must
