 Position: ServiceNow Developer – Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore (WFO)

Total Experience: 12+ Years

Budget - 24-25 LPA

Notice Period- Immediate to 20 days (maximum serving notice period)

NOTE: Need a very strong profile with excellent communication skills

Skills:

* 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development background.

* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM / HAM Pro implementation.

* Strong knowledge of Asset Management, CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, Discovery, and Procurement workflows.

* Experience with ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, Glide APIs.

* Strong experience in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.

* Good understanding of hardware asset lifecycle, stockroom management, inventory audits, model normalization, and compliance tracking.

* Experience in integrating ServiceNow with tools like SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise systems.

* Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

* Ability to work with architects, business analysts, process owners, and client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

* ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management

* ITSM / CMDB / Discovery certifications

* Experience with HAM Pro features such as asset refresh, asset reservations, disposal orders, audits, and normalization.

* Knowledge of ITAM governance, audit controls, and compliance reporting.

* Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

We are hiring a Senior Data Governance Manager with 5+ years of data-management experience to define and run enterprise data governance policy, quality, metadata, lineage, and cataloging so the business can trust and safely use its data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage metadata, data lineage, and cataloging

• Drive master data management (MDM) practices

• Ensure compliance with privacy/regulatory requirements

• Align business and technical stakeholders on standards

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years in data management with governance ownership

• Strong SQL and data-platform understanding

• Stakeholder alignment and compliance

Nice to Have: Collibra/Informatica/Alation; cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, GCP)
