Responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, technically proficient, and partner-focused PreSales Consultant specializing in Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) solutions. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between our internal sales teams, channel partners, and vendors. Your primary mission will be to empower and enable our channel partners, design robust UCC technical solutions, and drive successful customer engagements from initial discovery through to solution validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver PreSales training for Channel Partners on products and solutions, and handhold them so they can progressively manage customer engagements going forward.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales team throughout the opportunity cycle.
• Prepare technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and address Channel Partner and End Customer queries.
• Engage with Channel Partners to understand End Customer requirements, and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts to validate proposed solutions.
• Coordinate with Inflow's Vendors and internal stakeholders to support solution validation. Ensure effective communication and timely closure of opportunities.
• Continuously upgrade technical expertise through certifications, industry awareness, and structured learning. Stay current with technology trends, new product capabilities, and best practices.

Key Skills

1. Work experience with Information and Communications Technology (ICT) distribution companies or System Integration companies is desirable.
2. Exposure to or certifications in relevant products and solutions from Inflow Technologies' vendor list (UCC Portfolio) will be desirable.
3. Broad understanding of key UCC technologies and core concepts is essential — including, but not limited to, IP telephony, VoIP, video conferencing systems, contact centre solutions, unified messaging, collaboration platforms, audio-visual solutions, headsets & endpoints, meeting room solutions, and integration with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other cloud collaboration ecosystems; along with knowledge of architectures, design principles, and deployment models within the domain.
4. Ability to train partners, design technical solutions, and prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on customer requirements is essential. Hands-on experience — not at deep implementation level, but sufficient to manage design discussions, training, customer queries, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) — is essential.

Essential Job Responsibilities:  Leading a team of sales professionals who will perform activities such as Admission calling and counseling to prospective students / parents and convincing / converting them to final admission.  The Centre Manager will create goodwill and brand in the minds of students and parent by talking and sharing information with promoting our admission plans.  The Centre Manager will oversee students Record/Information, Admission Formalities - conducting admission test; filling up admission forms; collecting fees; follow ups on pending fees; Handling all types of queries by students and parents. Giving them solution; guidance; counseling  The position will drive sales and marketing initiatives decided by Team Leaders and achieve desired targets & will maintain good Public Relations.  The profile conducts and monitors Presentations, Admission Tests, Parents Meeting, Schools Penetration , Connecting with Principals & Teachers  Building network with local teachers / agencies / students for reaching out to students.  Meeting Business targets, Following Marketing Schedules & Admission Schedule  Keeping track of competitor’s activities in the market.  Coordination and Conduction of seminars in all leading schools of Vidarbha.  Coordination and conduction of various Potential Assessment Test in all leading schools of Vidarbha.  Any other relevant work as required by department. Responsibilities:

· Prepare periodic reports, such as summaries and dashboards, for the senior management, that provide Revenue and Resource Utilization pipeline, and present current status on various dimensions such as project management, execution, quality of delivery, process compliance and project profitability.

· Executing various revenue and non-revenue related contracts, and renewing those well in time. Tracking actual v/s the targets on weekly basis, and preparing specific Project wise Profitability Reports.

· Provide inputs on revenue comparison and arriving at a benchmark.

· Report revenue leakage by tracking non-billed hours put in by the resources in each project.

· Reviewing the rates and renewing them based on the inputs received from the manager.

· Collaborate closely with auditors, internal engineering and functional teams to keep the organization ready for audits through proper planning, internal audits and keeping evidences ready, and finally getting the organization audited from external agencies.

· Drive status meeting with the relevant stakeholders, leaders and mangers to check the status of various goals and initiate action through right channel wherever it is needed.

· Participate in Project Retrospective Meetings and record action items, and ensure that they get closed in timely manner.

· Maintain up-to-date documents related to the tasks managed by self.

Essential Skills (Technical):

• The devops engineer  needs to help developers, create the Pipelines and K8s Deployment Manifests.
• Good to have experience on migrating data from (AWS) to Azure. 
• To manage/automate infrastructure automatically using Terraforms. Jenkins is the key CI/CD tool which we uses and it will be used to run these Terraforms.
• VMs to be provisioned on Azure Cloud and managed.
• Good hands on experience of Networking on Cloud is required.
• Ability to setup Database on VM as well as managed DB and Proper set up of cloud hosted microservices needs to be done to communicate with the db services.
• Kubernetes, Storage, KeyValult, Networking(load balancing and routing) and VMs are the key infrastructure expertise which are essential. 
• Requirement is  to administer Kubernetes cluster end to end. (Application deployment, managing namespaces, load balancing, policy setup, using blue-green/canary deployment models etc).
• The experience in AWS is desirable 
• Python experience is optional however Power shell is mandatory
